Kepala Teknik Tambang (Mining Industry)

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering (MANDATORY), Geology, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in the mining industry, preferably coal
• 5 years in managerial/mining engineering position (production, planning, engineering, supervisory)
• Experience as KTT or equivalent senior position
• Experience leading large-scale mining operations
• Valid POU and POM certificates
• Experience with mining OHS certification is a plus
• Mastery of mining operations: maintenance, coal production, transportation, disposal
• Mastery of geotechnics (slope stability), mine planning, water management, reclamation
• Mastery of Minerba, OHS, Geotechnics, GMP regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
• Placement: Site - Central Kalimantan

 

Community Development & External Relations Section Head (Mining Industry)

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Law, Economics, or Environmental Engineering
• Min. 7 years of experience in community development/external relations, incl. 3 years supervisory/section head role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and social conflict management skills
• Capable of developing & managing CSR/Community Development (PPM) programs and coordinating across departments
• Leadership ability with team management & engagement strategy development
• Placement: Site - Central Kalimantan

 

Environment Supervisor (Mining Industry)

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (MANDATORY), Forestry, Mining Engineering, Environmental Health, Biology, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as Environmental Officer/Supervisor, preferably coal mining
• Understanding of environmental regulations: Environmental Law, PermenLH, Permen ESDM, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL
• Proficient in B3 waste management, AAT, water treatment, environmental monitoring
• Able to prepare environmental reports for regulators (DLH/ESDM)
• Proficient in MS Office; GIS skills (QGIS/ArcGIS) are a plus
• Certifications: PLH/PPPL (value added), ISO 14001, B3 Waste, SMKP Minerba/K3 Environment
• Good communication, leadership, strong analysis, able to work in mining areas
• Placement: Site - Central Kalimantan
