Tax Supervisor (Corporate)
Head Office - South Jakarta
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Min. 4-5 years experience in Taxation, with 1-2 years at Supervisory level
- Proficient in e-Faktur, e-SPT, DJP Online, Coretax, and other tax applications
- Possesses Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax (PPh) and VAT (PPN) regulations
- Prepare monthly tax calculations and reports, reconcile with General Ledger, handle SPT filings
- Communicate with Account Representative, handle NPWP & PKP registration
- Maintain tax databases and improve work processes for efficiency and compliance
Compliance & Corporate Legal Manager (Corporate)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Min. 5 years experience in Compliance / Corporate Legal roles
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance regulations
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and timely filing of corporate documents
- Liaise with regulators (Company Registry, Securities Commission, Stock Exchange)
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Provide legal opinions and guidance on operations, risks, and compliance issues
Human Resources Manager (Corporate)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field (manufacturing/mining industry experience preferable)
- Min. 10 years HR experience, with 5 years in senior HR leadership

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison between B2B relations, management & building operation
- Foster professional environment with tenants
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and resolutions
- Provide reporting on tenant satisfaction, occupancy, and retention
- Oversee daily operations and feedback for service improvement
Information Technology Manager (Corporate)

Requirements:
