Supervisor Land Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Land, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in land management, land acquisition, or land administration.
• Good understanding of land regulations, land ownership documents, permits, and basic land mapping.
• Ability to coordinate with government agencies, landowners, and community stakeholders.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, documentation, and problem-solving.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and able to work independently or lead small teams.
• Proactive, disciplined, and well-organized.
• Strong teamwork and leadership capability.
• Willing to travel for field verification and coordination activities.

 

 

Supervisor Land Administration & Certification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Land, Asset Management, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Land Management, Land Acquisition, Certification, or land administration.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with strong administrative and documentation abilities.
• Strong analytical skills in assessing land legality and ownership risks.
• Basic negotiation skills and understanding of ethical conduct when dealing with external stakeholders (government, landowners, community).
• Ability to work under deadlines and perform occasional field work.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Land certification and legalization processes.
  • Land documents (land titles, deed documents, land certificates).
  • Permit monitoring and land document validity tracking.
