Mine Services Equipment Superintendent
Requirements:
Key Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in equipment planning, fleet management, or mining operations
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment types, productivity parameters, and mining workflows
- Proficiency in Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Microsoft Project, and project management tools
- Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Maintain compliance with HSE and environmental standards
- Develop short-, medium-, and long-term equipment utilization plans
- Allocate and deploy heavy equipment across operational areas
- Analyze productivity & utilization and provide improvement recommendations
- Validate equipment requests and renegotiate rental rates with vendors
Mine Services Equipment Senior Engineer
Requirements:
Key Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in equipment planning, fleet management, or mining operations
- Strong technical capability in planning, scheduling, and data analysis
- Experience in Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain compliance with HSE and environmental standards
- Ensure optimal utilization and deployment of heavy equipment
- Validate utilization, availability, delay, and downtime data
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for equipment readiness
- Provide technical recommendations on equipment pairing and productivity improvement
Town Management Supervisor
Requirements:
Key Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in GA operations, camp/town management, or business process improvement
- Strong understanding of SOP development and digital transformation
- Technical knowledge of information systems and workflow digitalization
- Experience in project or change management is an advantage
- Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
- Map end-to-end business processes for town management functions
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Develop/refine SOPs and work instructions
- Act as liaison between users, GA teams, IT developers, and management
- Monitor system performance and coordinate enhancements
- Train users and ensure adoption of new systems
Fuel Management System Analyst
Requirements:
Key Roles:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining, or Information Systems
- 2-3 years of experience in fuel management, fleet management systems, or mining data analytics
- Familiarity with fuel monitoring systems (AdaptIQ, FUMS) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with Microsoft Excel/Sheets
- Ability to interpret operational data (KM/HM, fuel ratio, utilization)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data validation
- Analyze fuel ratio data and provide trend insights
- Prepare weekly fuel ratio analysis reports
- Validate KM/HM entries and reconcile fuel data
- Monitor fuel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Administer RFID installations, removals, and relocations
- Maintain RFID installation database for official records
