MEDCO POWER INDONESIA

Medco Power Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Site Doctor to support our workforce's health and safety. This role is essential in delivering medical services, managing on-site health facilities, and leading Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene (OHIH) initiatives.

Site Doctor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct employee health checkups & assessments
• Deliver preventive, promotive, and curative medical services
• Manage first aid, emergency response & health facilities
• Lead OHIH programs and compliance activities
• Provide medical leadership across teams

Requirements

• Medical degree (Bachelor's minimum, Doctoral preferred)
• Valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi)
• Hyperkes Certified (Occupational Health Certification)
• Min. 1 year of experience in occupational/industrial health
• Strong collaboration & interpersonal skills
• Willing to relocate to Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi (local talent highly welcomed)
