Operation Coordinator

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Maritime Academy, Marine Engineering or equivalent
2. Min 2 years of experience in Operation area, preferably in Shipping Company
3. Fluent in English both oral and written
4. Detail oriented, well organized, energic and active person
5. Highly disciplined, able to work in a team, proactive in reporting and strong interpersonal communication skills
6. Placed at Head Office - South Jakarta and willing to be assigned to other locations depending on business needs.
7. Available to join immediately or on short notice

Job Description

1. Plan and monitor vessel targets and ensure effective execution strategies
2. Supervise vessel operations and ensure timely and accurate documentation
3. Ensure smooth daily operations and handle customer/principal communication
4. Maintain operational cost and manage cash flow related to vessel activities
5. Proactively inform principals about port conditions, regulations and cost estimations
6. Supervise team members, conduct regular meetings and visits to principals or stakeholders to strengthen collaboration
