Job Descriptions

• Ensure optimal HR operations at the site
• Manage local recruitment, training, and employee administration
• Resolve industrial relations issues
• Maintain communication with labor unions
• Prepare HR reports for head office management

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, or Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably in the mining industry)
• Proficient in Labor Law and industrial relations
• Strong leadership qualities and team coordination skills
• Willing to be assigned to remote areas
