1. POSITION  : STRUCTURAL TEKLA DESIGNERS

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering (STRUCTURAL)

Education  : Min Senior High School or D3

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position specially in Oil & Gas

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work location   : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities and specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques
• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes and regulations.
• General knowledge of the main typologies of offshore structures.
• Knowledge of tools to prepare bill of material and/or material take off.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Perform 2D drafting tasks and 3D TEKLA modeling tasks assigned by Offshore Structural Project Specialist Lead, Engineers and Designer Coordinator within schedule and with due respect to Quality requirements related with design, verification, testing or study activities.
2. Prepare bill of materials and/or material take off based on data either from 2D drawings or extracted from 3D TEKLA model.

 

2. POSITION  : STRUCTURAL CHECKER/COORDINATOR DESIGNERS

Department/Project : Offshore Engineering (STRUCTURAL)

Education  : Min Senior High School or D3

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

Work Location  : Jakarta

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities and specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques

• Engineering resource coordination, planning and scheduling as well as multidisciplinary interface and coordination.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Manage on a project a team of Structural Draftsman and Designer in order to carry out the structural 3D CAD model and the extraction of the structural design drawings in accordance with technical, budget and schedule targets.
2. Ensure that the 3D CAD model is built up properly accounting for needs of all project functions availing of it as working tools (e.g. piping and layout engineering, weight control, material management, fabrication engineering)

 

3. POSITION  : EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM LEAD (Working at Height)

Department/Project : HSE / TEP ONSHORE Project

Education  : DIPLOMA / University Graduate on Technical Major

Seniority  : Expert

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status : Temporary / Contract (6-12 months)

Work location  : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. IRATA Level 3 – Rope Access Technician Training (Preferably)
2. Having licensed as Teknisi Akses Tali Tingkat 3 (as per Ministry of Manpower requirement)
3. Vertical rescue/rescue at height Training
4. First Aid Training
5. Minimum 5 years’ experience in rope access & Emergency Response.

4. POSITION  : INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE LEAD

Department/Project : HSE / TEP ONSHORE Project

Education  : DIPLOMA / University Graduate on Technical Major

Seniority  : Expert

Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status : Temporary / Contract (6-12 months)

Work location  : Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Occupational Health and Safety;
2. Obtain professional certification in industrial hygiene (i.e. Higiene Industri Muda - HIMU) is a must.
3. Minimum 5-10 years working experience;
4. Minimum 50 % of work experience in Industrial Hygiene field;
5. Strong evidence on capability of performing industrial hygiene measurement and evaluation e.g. area and personal noise monitoring, BTEX, heat stress, mercury vapor, welding fume and indoor air quality;
6. Experience in implementing several core industrial hygiene programs such as Hearing Conservation Program (HCP), Respiratory Protection Program (fit testing), Hazardous Substance Management Program, Personal Protective Equipment management program, and Food Safety Program.
7. Experience in delivering industrial hygiene training e.g. manual handling, chemical handling, PPE, and hearing conservation program.
8. Strong in communication skill & interpersonal skill
9. Administration experience, familiar with MSOffice
10. Capable to communicate in English for both written and oral

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Anticipate, identify and evaluate health related substandard conditions and practices at the workplaces.
2. Perform appropriate industrial hygiene monitoring programs.
3. Implement appropriate control methods, procedures and program incompliance with all government regulations and recognized international standards; including PPE management programs.
4. Ensure the performance of industrial hygiene monitoring equipment’s through periodic maintenance and calibration.
5. Ensure Food Safety program’s implementation meeting Tangguh Expansion Project’s requirements.
6. Deliver industrial hygiene programs with close coordination with the Tangguh Ops Site Industrial Hygiene team.
7. Provide health hazards awareness program to relevant workers.
8. Document and maintain records of activities for review and audit programs.
