PT SWARNA BHUMI ENERGI is a national company providing consultant services and manpower for oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for some professional and experienced candidates to fill the position as below:

 

PROJECT RECLAMATION SPECIALIST

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise day to day contractor activities as per schedule and meet the target including preparation, planting, maintenance and handover to relevant government
  2. Inspect the quality of seeds, trees and fertilizer and meet with the acceptance criteria
  3. Inspect tools/ equipment to be used for compliance with regulations
  4. Perform inventory of seed and tress at nursery and reclamation area
  5. Supervise the soil quality area is meet with the technical specification prior planting
  6. Supervise the planting methodology and maintenance methodology are meet with technical specification
  7. Held daily plan and progress revegetation meeting with Contractor
  8. Prepare daily revegetation progress reports
  9. Maintains records of land areas restored/ planted and present to the map software
  10. Inspect and accept the cover crop and trees have been planted as per acceptance criteria
  11. Communicate and solve any technical issue including social issue related to the revegetation works
  12. Prepare all the documentation required to handover the reclamation area and liaise with relevant government for acceptance process

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or University degree in Forestry/ Biology/ Environment
  • Min 9 years relevant experience as relevant reclamation/revegetation Supervisor in multiple industries.
  • Has specific experience in reclamation / revegetation at deep swampy area
  • Has good knowledge and technique in perform planting and monitoring at deep swampy area
  • Has good relationship with Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
  • Has good knowledge related to IPPKH permit, including acceptance process to relevant government.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills - advanced user in ARCGIS, Mapping Software, Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point. Good presentation and communication techniques.
  • Has valid license of motorbike driving (SIM C)
  • Fluent spoken and written English. Good command in Spanish desirable.

 

PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Process Safety Engineer has the overall responsibility of ensuring the effective management of process safety within project area, complying with applicable Engineering and Safety & Environment standards and regulations, in order to ensure compliance with project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide safety in design input to the project engineering development as required by the facilities engineering design basis.
  2. Carry out or supervise process safety studies, analyze and recommend solutions in a multi-disciplinary approach, and ensure that results are implemented in the design.
  3. Carry out or supervise the engineering work corresponding to Process Safety discipline during the phases of definition (FEED) and execution in order to meet the established safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
  4. Prepare or review the safety studies, including HAZOP, SIL Analysis, Qualitative Risk Assessment (QRA), Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Gas Dispersion Analysis, etc.
  5. Prepare or review safety drawings (e.g. hazardous area classification, fire & gas detector layouts, escape route, firewall protection analysis, safety equipment etc.).
  6. Implement Company's Safety Management Systems.
  7. Write the safety requirements within scopes of work documents that would be issued as part of Contract documents.

 Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including onshore gas processing plants, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Safety as a primary role.
  • Proven experience leading the development and implementation of safety studies in oil & gas operations (e.g. HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, LOPA, Facility Siting).
  • University degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with relevant HSEQ engineering qualifications.
  • Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, Cause and Effects charts, Single line diagram and other document that are required for design safety studies.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

 

PROCESS ENGINEER

Process Safety Engineer has the overall responsibility of designing or revising/approving the engineering of process and utility facilities required for the development of project area, complying with applicable Engineering and Safety & Environment standards and regulations, in order to ensure compliance with project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Produce the process design basis for the facilities required by the asset, to be developed from the subsurface information supplied.
  2. Carry out or supervise process technical studies and recommend improvements to increase productivity or enhance equipment performance.
  3. Carry out or supervise the engineering work corresponding to Process discipline during the phases of definition (FEED) and execution in order to meet the established safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
  4. Ensure the application of engineering, construction and Safety & Environment standards and regulations during the design phase, guaranteeing the application of lessons learned, best practices and key indicators by means of the knowledge management technologies available.
  5. Direct or participate in the implementation of the project-risk analyses with the aim of mitigating them.
  6. Provide technical support during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and guarantee test stages, in order to meet the established objectives.

 Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including onshore gas processing plants, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Process engineering principles and their application to engineering projects from conceptual to detailed engineering stages.
  • Brownfield / modifications project experience is essential.
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline.
  • Proficient in Process Engineering calculations using HYSYS, Unisim, PipeSim and other standard software packages.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

 

MECHANICAL ENGINEER - STATIC EQUIPMENT

Mechanical Engineer has the overall responsibility of designing or revising/approving mechanical systems designs and engineering studies required for the development of project area, complying with applicable Engineering and Safety & Environment standards and regulations, in order to ensure compliance with project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Produce the mechanical systems basis of design and prepare or review Project Static Equipment Technical Specifications.
  2. Carry out or supervise mechanical design and recommend improvements to increase productivity or enhance equipment performance.
  3. Develop scope of work for mechanical studies for different project phases.
  4. Carry out or supervise the engineering work corresponding to static mechanical and package equipment during the phases of definition (FEED) and execution in order to meet the established safety, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
  5. Ensure the application of engineering, construction and Safety & Environment standards and regulations during the design phase, guaranteeing the application of lessons learned, best practices and key indicators by means of the knowledge management technologies available.
  6. Direct or participate in the implementation of the project-risk analyses with the aim of mitigating them.
  7. Support the Facilities Engineering Lead in the communications with SKK MIGAS or other government/regulatory authority.

 Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including onshore gas processing plants, with demonstrable leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical engineering principles and their application to engineering projects from conceptual to detailed engineering stages.
  • Brownfield / modifications project experience is essential.
  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

 

MATERIAL / WELDING SPECIALIST (METALLURGIST)

Material / Welding Specialist (Metallurgist) has the overall responsibility of Technical and Quality requirement related to the Material (and Welding aspect) of the material / equipment purchased for the project (including internally lined pipeline). From the Design, Engineering, Specification, Manufacturing, Inspection and Installation phase of the material / equipment purchased.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. The main duty of the incumbent is determining suitable material and welding procedure to be used in a project and problem solving related to material issues
  2. Identify the Laws and Regulations to be complied with. Define the Codes and Standards to be adhered to for the Project.
  3. Review and approve for the proposed material and welding specification from the FEED Contactor, manufacturer/ and EPC Contractor
  4. Review and approve documents from vendors /manufacturer
  5. Lead pre-production meeting at vendor premise
  6. Lead pre-inspection meeting at vendor premise
  7. Develop and implement an inspection and testing strategy
  8. Coordinate with government agencies (MIGAS& DiMet) for inspection point that required to be witnessed by government agent.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry business.
  • 10+ years Material and Welding Engineering and QA/QC for the Oil and Gas project
  • Must have experience handling internally lined and cladded pipe, the experience includes (but not limited to) area of: Design, Develop Specification, Manufacturing/Production of the cladded pipeline.
  • Familiar with the API Specification 5LD.
  • Minimum University degree in Engineering, preferably Metallurgical Engineering
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

 

FIELD TECHNICAL GEOTECHNICAL ROLES

Education

  1. Degree Civil Engineering or Master degree specializing in Geotechnics from a reputable    university

Experience

  1. Minimum 10 years' experience as a Geotechnical Engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil   and gas industry.
  2. At least    2 years   of which shall    be experience gained within field supervision    as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR representative.
  3. Has clear skill   level   knowledge   of field geotechnical   campaigns.
  4. Technical Competencies
  5. HSSE systems/requirements
  6. Design     of   deep    and    shallow foundations
  7. Specifying   and   supervising     field investigation   campaigns
  8. Supervising    laboratory testing

 

PLANNING & COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Planning & Cost Control Engineer has the responsibility of planning, following, reviewing and controlling the schedule and cost for all project disciplines. The person will also be in charge of preparing reports of both for the Project Manager that will serve as a tool to manage the projects and for other Stakeholders (Company, Partners, SKK Migas).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares facilities schedule in accordance to the Planning and Scheduling norm:
    • Codifying activities as per WBS
    • Understanding activities interrelations and reflecting them in schedule logic
    • Performing schedule analysis identifying the critical path
  2. Follows baseline schedule activities:
    • Reminding activities' owners of their commitments on a weekly basis
    • Predicting milestone dates based on delays or new inputs
    • Reporting the facilities manager and the project services coordinator about changes in the critical path
  3. Prepares AFEs for SKK MIGAS and Partners, with correct allocation of costs to WBS
  4. Prepares VoWD and accruals monthly and communicates this to the PS Lead
  5. Follows approved cost baseline:
    • Reporting deviations
    • Predicting EAC, ETC and FAC
    • Differentiating cost changes due to project performance and ForEx
  6. Supports PPM department on budgets preparation
  7. Registers SES complying with invoicing procedure

 Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Petroleum, Industrial or Organization. Degree in economics or management as alternative.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera P6
  • Basic SAP understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Services, Cost Control and Scheduling
  • 10+ years' experience with large Oil and Gas projects, including onshore gas processing plants
  • Familiarity with project management tools and demonstrated PM methodology experience

 

PROJECT ENGINEER

Project Engineer has the overall responsibility of supporting the Project Manager in the coordination of the Project activities and the interfaces between the different Project areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Supports the Project Manager in the preparation of general Project documents such as:
    • Project Management Plan
    • Project Execution Plan
  2. Reviews Project Management deliverables produced by Project Contractors (FEED, EPC)
  3. Supports other Project Leads in their activities (Facilities Engineering, SCM, Facilities Delivery, Permits, Commercial Team), as defined by the Project Manager.
  4. Monitors performance of Project contracts.
  5. Follows up the Project Issue Log and liaises with the team members responsible for the actions in order to update the Issue Log
  6. Keeps the Project Risk Register up to date and liaises with the team members responsible for the risk actions to keep the register up to date.
  7. Prepares general Project Reports
  8. Prepares Minutes of Meetings for general Project meetings
  9. Prepares general Project presentations for internal, Partners and SKK MIGAS.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • 10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry
  • 7+ years as a Project Engineer in Upstream Oil and Gas Projects, including onshore gas processing plants, and including Project FEED and Execution phases
  • Experience in brownfield projects execution and modifications to existing facilities
  • Familiarity with project management tools and demonstrated PM methodology experience, including planning, cost estimating, schedule and cost control, interface management, tender processes

 

OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Operations Engineer has the overall responsibility of supporting the Development Team in all activities requiring input from the future Client Operations during the Development Project.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Under the management of the Project Manager, supports the different Project areas with necessary input regarding Operations and Maintenance of the Client Project.
  2. Prepares and/or reviews the O&M Plans and Procedures produced by FEED and EPC Contractors.
  3. Prepares and/or reviews OPEX estimates.
  4. Prepares the O&M Plans, including the definition of the Operations Team, Logistics, etc.
  5. Supports the Legal and Commercial Team in the preparation of the Facilities Sharing Agreement (FSA) for the shared use of Grissik Plant for Client Project.
  6. Prepares and/or reviews the Commissioning, Start-Up and Performance Test Procedures for the Project.
  7. Participates in Facilities Design review as required (HAZOP, layouts, 3D Model, C&E matrix, etc.).

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Process or Mechanical.
  • 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry
  • 15+ years of experience in the Operation of upstream onshore processing facilities, including: participation in facilities design, preparation of commissioning and start-up procedures, systems commissioning, definition of operations and maintenance plans, etc.
  • Experience in brownfield projects execution and modifications to existing facilities
  • Experience with gas processing facilities and condensate stabilization facilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems design and operation
  • Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of gas processing plants

 

FIELD HSSE (Dedicated)

Technical Competencies:

  • HSSE systems/requirements
  • Behavioral bases HSSE systems & initiatives
  • HSSE reporting
  • HSSE in construction
  • Development and review of JSA's
  • Hazard and risk management processes

Requirements:

  • Degree or Master degree in engineering or science related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience as a HSSE supervisor/advisor. This will include experience construction environments and preferably experience in petrochemical and oil gas sectors
  • At least 4 years of which shall be experience gained within construction environments as a COMPANY and or CONTRACTOR representative.
  • Has clear skill level knowledge of HSSE domain expertise and application thereof.
