At SMOE, offshore platforms, modules, jackets and FPSOs are our business. We are seeking qualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:

 

Assistant Accountant / Account Executive

Qualificatios:

1. Degree in Accountancy
2. At least 5 years relevant working experiences in Finance and or Auditor
3. Knowledge of Indonesia Audit and Statutory reporting and taxation
4.  Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance
5. Good Communication, analytical and problem solving skill
6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Duty’s and Responsibility : General Ledger accounting, coordination and responsible for month-end closing, prepare and analyze monthly financial statement and ensure and accurate statutory and management reporting
8. Ensure compliance with all Indonesia statutory requirements.
9. Ensure that the Financial Control adhere to the Groups Guidelines.
10. Ensure that all intercompany balances and balance sheet items are properly reconciled on a monthly basis
11. Co-ordinate Indonesia statutory audits, ensure compliance and audit clearance and preparation of audit schedule.
12. Posting monthly payroll entries prepared by payroll officer
13. Assist in Budget and Forecast
14. Others duties as assigned by superior.

 

Painting Superintendent

Qualification:

1.  Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related to Technical Discipline
2.  At least 5 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction in painting Discipline
3.  Ability to overview situations, review and evaluate, provide appropriate advice and guidance
4. Certified NACE Coating Inspector Level 2
5.  Familiar with Painting Fabrication Process
6.  Proficiency MS Application,  spread sheet and database applications

 

Planning Engineer ( PROJECT PLANNER)

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction or Business or related field or equivalent combinations of technical training and experience.
2. At least 5 experience in Fabrication or Constructions in Planning, background in oil and gas industry preferred
3.  Planning of Complex software or Engineering Project
4. Primavera P6 Project Planner
5.  Knowledge with fabrication planning concepts understanding and implementation

 

Commercial & Subcontractor Engineer

Qualification:

1.  Bachelor Diploma or higher in Engineering or Business.
2.  At least 5 years experiences as a Contracts Engineer, ideally for Oil & Gas projects.
3.  A high level of competence is required in the use MS Office suite and electronic communications.
4. Able to lead discussions credibly.
5.  Able to effectively negotiate claims resolutions.
6.  Must be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites.
7.  Possess good ability in data analysis and good in reporting.
8. Knowledge of Oracle System  and Subcontract System is an advantage

 

Drafter

Qualification:

1. S1 Degree or Minimum Diploma III in any Engineering Discipline
2. At least 5 years working experience in fabrication or constructions and professional as  Structural Drafter or Ship Building
3. Well verse with AutoCAD 2D & 3D 
4. Must be familiar with Soft Drawing, Welding Map Drawing, Cutting Plan and Lifting Procedure
5. Experience with Modularization project
6. Able to read technical drawings. both floor plans, looks, and pieces, Able to read images of architects and master CAD

 

Structural Engineer

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
2. At Least 5 years working experience as Structural Engineer in Fabrication or Constructions (Oil & Gas Project)
3. Strong constructions experience of offshore structures and Submarine disciplines pipeline installations and offshore hook-up
4. To Support team project for prepare, modify and editing design drawing
5. Able to perform structural design analysis and  Work independently

 

QA Engineer

Qualification:

1.  S1 Degree or Minimum diploma (D3) in any engineering discipline
2. At least 5 years experiences in Fabrication or Construction
3. tor Certificate is preferred
4.  Familiar / understand with Project Specification
5. Can generate Project Procedure

 

E&I Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and/or controls
• 3 years of direct electrical, instrumentation and controls engineering design & field construction support (preferable from Oil / Gas Engineering Company)
• Ability to work independently, accepting ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Pro-active and self-motivated team player with strong engineering judgment skills
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Review electrical Engineering drawings and design electrical systems
• Create electrical installation details, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, cable and consumer lists under the supervision of a technical lead
• Working knowledge of P&ID’s, electrical, instrumentation and controls designs / drawings
• Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures;
• Retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including technical specifications
• Develop  the  E&I ITP, procedure and method statement
• Create and maintain formal documents
• Check standard and regulatory compliance
• Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities
• Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.

 

General Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
• Must be able to work independently or Team Work
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Good Communication, having Good Leadership and analytical, Excellent Problem Solving & interpersonal skill
