21. PLANT PROCUREMENT FOREMAN
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all full cycle of procurement activities - forecast, planning, organizes, order requisition, negotiate, quotations, tender bids, ordering & delivery schedule, inventory management and control.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experiences in procurement preferably in Mining Industry
- Having knowledge about: Inventory management systems, Logistics systems, Basic accounting, Cost control measures, Procurement process
- High analytical & negotiation skills
- Mechanical skills would be an advantage
- Good communication skills both written and verbal in English and Indonesia
- Able to work under pressure, leadership attitude, analytic , result oriented, integrity and honest, focus in detail.
- Computer literacy
22. PAYROLL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle payroll and PPh 21 Tax for employee
- Handle employee queries on HR & Payroll related issues.
- HR database (checking medical claim, absence, and overtime
- Prepare contract of employment for new employees
Requirements:
- Male, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum completed post-secondary education (D3) or Bachelor Degree, (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll.
- Understand about Payroll Administration, Income Tax Law (PPh, SPT), BPJS, Calculate Bonus and incentive.
- Computer literacy
- Ready to work in remote area
23. INDUSTRIAL RELATION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain internal Employee Relation and both internal and external Industrial Relation in order to promote harmonious relationship in company's internal and external environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of experiences in HR/IR
- Familiar with updated Government Employment Regulation.
- Understand major Industrial Relation issues and alternative of solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Good communication skill and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization.
- Ready to work in remote area
24. FIELD GEOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
- Proven management of a small specialist team of geologist
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Capable of holding meetings and presentations in English
- Able to prepare technical reports in English
- Maintain time line and program for exploration programs
- Preparation of resource reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
- Geologist with minimum 3 (three) years of experiences in coal mining exploration, engineering and consulting
- Having knowledge in mapping, drilling and sampling SOP particularly for JORC reporting
- Understand geological interpretation principle.
- Excellent use of MineScape Stratmodel.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and presentation skills including report writing - Good English is essential.
- Willing to work at field in roster.
25. ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all environmental monitoring activities are completed in accordance with the schedule, within the allocated timeframe and to an acceptable standard
- Collect and record environmental data for the maintenance of an up to date environmental management system integrated and supporting the site/production activities of the Project
- Ensure that a safe working environment where project related impacts to the environment and personnel are eliminated and risks are managed
- Develop technical capabilities in environmental monitoring methodologies
- Understand and implement environmental monitoring procedures to achieve performance targets safely
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experiences as Environmental Officer
- Having knowledge of AMDAL and all post mining regulations (UKL / UPL)
- Having Experience to conduct and control water management, waste management
- Honest and having integrity, able to work in a team
- Willing to stay at remote area with fix schedule
26. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and supervise training & development programs for employees related to the ongoing and long term improvement of employees' skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any disciplines with relevant experience.
- 5 years of experiences as Training & Development Superintendent, preferable in mining company.
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships
- Strong in learning and development concept with good presentation skill.
- Ability to build strong working relationships, Internal and external to the organization.
- Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian
27. GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- In charge for overall office general affairs, such as office maintenance, office procurement and supply of goods, document renewal, transportation, guests' services, mess services, etc.
- Prepare & control services budget GA.
- Prepare, develop, and disseminate policy of general affairs services.
- Control fixed asset management process (new Asset, asset transfer, and removal of assets).
- Manage inventory maintenance company (operational vehicles, equipment and buildings)
- Control activities trips for employees (Hotel and Tickets)
- Control and analyze national costs associated with the activities of the General Affairs Services (Electricity, Telephone, Water, Fuel, Photocopy, Fixed Asset, etc.)
- Control outsourcing company activities (OB, Cleaning, Reception and Security)
- Manage and control the day to day administration and operation of General Service includes facilities, build-ing maintenance and transportation, building facilities, operational cars, securities, licensing and other infra-structure companies
- Having good knowledge and can apply the 5 R / 5 S in the company based on site
Requirements:
- Male, Maximum 45 years old
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree, others or equivalent
- 4 years of experiences as General Supervisor, preferable in mining company.
- Good negosiation and communication skill
- Familiar with general affairs jobs and procedure
- Computer literacy
- Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working and result ori-ented
- Able to handle multi tasking job
- Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Indonesian
- Willing to work based on site
28. FINANCE AND TAX SUPERINTENDENT
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payment and tax control
- Consolidate all aspects of accounting & taxation
- Consolidate financial report
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum S1 Accounting from a reputable university
- Having more than 5 years of experiences in the same position preferably from mining industry
- Having good knowledge of Accounting and Tax regulation
- Good understanding about Singapore Tax regulation
- Computer literate including accounting program
- Possess Brevet certificate (A, B, C)
- Good communication in English
- Strong leadership skill, hard worker, self-motivated, accurate
- Able to make financial report & tax report
29. PROJECT SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
- Manage Secretarial functions & duties for Managers including travel arrangements, typing, screening phone calls, report writing, document control, filing, etc
- Translate any document as required by managers
- Assist Managers in the preparation and production of work proposals to various clients
- Compile reports accurately and timely as required
- Prepare and manage correspondence, report and other document
- Take care of company guests including accommodation and any requirements
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 30 years old
- Diploma, majoring in secretary or administration
- Minimum 2 years of experiences as Secretary
- Single
- Experienced in secretarial, public relation and administration skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Honest, excellent communication skill, pleasant personality and appearance
- Fluent in English both oral and writing
- Willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Willing to work in Balikpapan and Jakarta
30. EMPLOYEE AND COMUNMUNITY RELATIONS
Responsibilities:
- Address the expectations of a diverse set of company stakeholders including, local business, communities and government.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/PR Bachelor from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in a similar role, and minimum 5 additional years of supervisory experiences in a similar role in community relation involving multiple nationalities and diverse cultural issues within a mining project environment
- Excellent English both written and verbal, including computer skill
