Logistic Asset Coordinator

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related. Having min. years of professional experiences.
• Having skills in operating Microsoft Office or related software.
• Have written and oral communications skill in English and Bahasa.

Job Description:

• Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment required.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials, ensuring that all project supplies are available when needed.
• Implement systems to track the condition and location of assets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the procurement team in acquiring necessary materials and assets by providing up to date status reports on required goods. maintained and serviced regularly.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure that all ensure that all project assets and equipment are Ensure all logistics and asset related operations adhere to safety protocols and project specifi regulations. 
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to asset usage, condition, and availability for management review.
• Willing to be placed at LNG Tangguh, West Papua with Roster 9 Weeks ON, 3 Weeks OFF (9:3)
