IT SUPPORT SITE

Requirements

• Min. of 3 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field
• Willing to be placed and work on-site in Matarape
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware (PCs, printers, etc), software (Windows OS, office applications), and network issues (LAN/WAN, switches, routers)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and asset management of IT equipment
• Good understanding of IT service management and support best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
