Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia is one of subsidiary from Hanwha Corporation founded in 1952. Hanwha is one of biggest group in Korea which has a broad range of business, spanning the spectrum of manufacturing (petrochemical, explosives and defense products), construction, finance, services and leisure industries.

HMSI as one of affiliate company from Hanwha Corporation which started Mining Services in East Kalimantan from 2013, we provide for Drilling & Blasting and Explosive services to the Indonesian customers.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified personnel to fill positions below who willing to be placed in our site project in East Kalimantan:

 

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out tasks by applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria
• Assist in data interpretation, analyses, and evaluation on specifically assigned tasks
• Use initiative to understand the purpose of individual tasks assigned and how they relate to the overall project objectives
• Organizing, overseeing and directing site labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities
• Monitoring changes to blasting design, assessing effects on cost and measuring, valuing, and negotiating variations to client
• Overseeing health and safety of site activites
• Other duties are required

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Mining Engineer or equivalent
• Having more than 10 years experience working in mining projects, especially 7 year on project drilling & blasting or explosives.
• Has significant experience in strategic and operational mining
• Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class I and Class II
• Has POM Certification, preferable POU Certification
• Having good situational leadership style, fluent to speak English is a must

 

Field Superintendent

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the blasting development project(s) as per agreement, timeframe and cost
• Provide technical advice, practical and active field supervisory, and regular project progress reports to management inclusive of tracking actual cost vs budget allocation
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate the projects including : planning, survey, drill and blast, and operations to ensure the works carried out safely, no environmental incident, and no delays

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related
• Having more than 8 years experience working in mining projects, especially 6 year on project drilling & blasting or explosives.
• Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class I and Class II
• Having POP Certificate and POM Certificate will be advantage
• Hold a driving license, B2 Driving License is preferred (SIM B2)
• Have experience to operate most type of heavy equipment is being used in Mine Operation

 

Drill and Blast Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaise with client (Drill and Blast Engineer, Surveyor) to plan and make sure drilling location
• Establish drill and blast design and environmental plan
• Ensure exploder is maintained to blasting standards of safety and reliable
• Collect data of drilling and blasting include record details of drill pattern, location, hole location, blast time, explosive usage and blast result
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of shotfire, crew and subordinate

Job Requirements :

• Minimum High School Graduate
• Minimum 7 years experiences as a Drill & Blast Foreman/Supervisor in the area of mining industry
• Hold Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II
• Having POP Certificate
• Understanding applications of drill and blast design

 

Drill and Blast Foreman

Key Responsibilities :

• To ensure the availability of design recommendations drilling and blasting activities in accordance with the environmental conditions in the mining areas
• To ensure design of drilling and blasting activities so it may be optimized to achieve company targets
• To ensure the implementations of operational activities so it may be optimized to achieve company targets
• To ensure the implementation of operational activities of drilling and blasting is carried out by the contractor in accordance with the blasting design and procedures and applicable regulations
• To ensure the impact of blasting activities (noise, vibration, etc.) is done in accordance with the applicable monitored so that it can be used as a reporting and evaluation of the implementation of blasting activities in accordance with applicable regulations (internal and external).

Job Requirements :

• Minimum High School Graduate
• Minimum 6 years experiences as a Drill & Blast in the area of mining industry.
• Having Blasting Competency (KJL) Class II is a must and POP Certification will be advantage

 

Shotfire

Key Responsibilities :

• Carry out Field tasks within the agreed budgetary constraints and company authority limitations
• Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related customer and support contractors personnel.
• Provide input to the operational team, and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilities and operational plans.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree
• Minimum 5 years experiences as a Drill & Blast in the area of mining industry.
• Having Certificate of Blasting Competency KJL Class II

 

Senior MMU Operator

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Degree with minimum 5 years experiences
• Holds SIM B2 Driving License
• Experience as equipment operator is advantage

 

MMU Operator

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School with minimum 3 years experiences as MMU Driver / Operator
• Holds SIM B2 Driving License
