RECRUITMENT OFFICER (Code : ROF)

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationship with department (and subsidiary) to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.
• Conduct interview (all level : staff to CEO candidates) and responsibility for all resourcing and selection processes.

Requirements:

• Age between 25 - 28 years old
• Bachelor Degree/Master Degree in Psychology
• Has experience in similar position min. 2 years
• Strong knowledge of selection process, assessment,  interview and competencies
• Familiar with whole recruitment matters from the beginning until end process
• Able to analyze requirements of vacant positions.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
• Proficiency in office application tools such as : Microsoft Word, Excell, Power Point & Outlook.
• English proficiency
• Willing to travel is a must
