MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OFFICER

Job responsibilities

  • To coordinate the preparation of work plan activities every part of the organization and company subsidiaries, in order to run the project effectively.
  • To involved in the preparation of work plans in the company (and all subsidiaries), and to ensure compatibility between 5 years and 1 year company plan that has been approved by management.
  • To analyze operational process execution by periodic meetings with the Division Head, Department Head, and Head of the subsidiaries. Also prepare all material activities of PDCA accurately and effectively, to support company goals.
  • To organize discussion meetings PDCA progress periodically in accordance Calendar of Events, and to ensure all the action plan implemented and documented.
  • To conduct the analysis and provide recommendations related to the action plan of each project, to ensure that the action plan has been created in harmony with 5 years and 1 year that has been made.
  • To ensure the implementation of PDCA in operations at company and its subsidiaries so that the activities carried out in accordance with Policy 1 Year predetermined BOD Review and prepare materials, Corporate Review and report to the Board of Directors and Management APM AE Corporate Planning in accordance with the standards has been set.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial-Engineering GPA 3.00

  • Melaksanakan proses internal audit sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun oleh atasan.
  • Menjalankan proses internal audit perusahaan secara teknis dan berkelanjutan baik secara financial maupun operasional.
  • Mengkoordinasikan kesiapan auditee / departemen dalam menyiapkan kelengkapan laporan yang akan di audit serta melakukan audit terhadap laporan tersebut.
  • Merumuskan dan memberikan masukan pemecahan masalah temuan audit dengan melakukan analisa yang tepat dan akurat.
  • Memonitor dan mengevaluasi hasil internal audit serta berkoordinasi dengan atasan dalam mempersiapkan usulan solusi bagi hasil temuan.

BUDGETING OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Supporting the development, formulation, monitoring and reporting budget companies by providing budget data and coordinate with the necessary resources to support the smooth operation of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather the annual budget of income and expenditure of all work units for the purposes of the preparation of the annual budget of the company.
  • Supporting activity budget compilation of the entire department for the purposes of the budget estimates of the overall company.
  • Entering data compilation of the entire department budget to the Finance & Accounting database system to estimate the overall company budget.
  • Provide supporting data for analysis company budget assumptions based on data and / or facts.
  • Ensuring the availability of data to support the preparation of the company budget so that reporting is accurate and timely.

STRATEGIC SOURCING SUPERINTENDENT

Job responsibilities

Analyze user needs on an item and search prospective vendors to coordinate the implementation of the tender (especially the procurement of goods / services are strategic and project) with due regard to the principle of effective procurement and efficiency, as well as with reference to pemenuhuan procurement policies to support the needs of each user.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and search prospective vendor / supplier has to meet the needs of the company's activities.
  2. Analyze and mengkoordinr the process of identifying the needs of the user on a procurement of goods or services that are particularly strategic to be able to understand the needs of the user as well as get the goods / services as needed to support the operational activities of the company.
  3. Involved in the implementation of the tender / beauty contest since the preparation of tender documents to the preparation of the tender evaluation results to obtain the vendor's selected in accordance with the criteria and with due respect to OTOBOS.
  4. Prepare analysis of data for the purposes of the negotiations and assist the negotiation process that helps to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service and Safety & Environment as the basis for negotiations to the vendor / supplier.
  5. Propose and analyze the potential cost saving of each procurement of goods and services in order to provide recommendations to the user regarding alternative-aternatif procurement of goods and services.
  6. Make a draft proposal development and policy systems (infrastructure) in the Department of SSCM primarily associated with Vendor Management for the creation of a strong infrastructure in the Department of SSCM.
  7. Coordinate PDCA process at the Department of SSCM to monitor operational activities, progress and execution in operational activities SSCM.

Job requirement

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Responsible to ensure all finance, accounting & tax activities are done in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures within the company.

  • To check and ensure the supporting documents for all financial transactions and financial reports are valid and accurate.
  • Check tax administration reports and to report the company’s tax obligations to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
  • To ensure all invoice calculations that have been received are accurate to ensure that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices.
  • Check cashflow documents to ensure its compliance with the company’s systems, procedures, and budget plans as well as to perform corrective actions in order to control the company’s cashflow.
  • Ensure all of the company’s financial obligations are paid on time and to ensure that the company’s financial data are provided accurately in order to control the company’s cashflow.
  • Ensure the availability of petty cash to support the company’s operational activities.
  • To check vendor’s tax and compliance documentations, ensuring its accuracy in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • To check all supporting data for fixed assets, A/P, A/R, Stock, Loan in order to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Regularly update PSAK, IFRS and other tax regulations and to ensure the company implements these regulations in all of its transactional documentations.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum  2 - 3 years experience in similar position
  • Required Competencies : Accounting Control, Account Payable Management, Tax Regulation, Financial Analysis.

  • Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.

  • Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
  • Maintain and coordinate site office logistic needs, ensuring all site office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs of the project.
