INTEGRATED FARMING ADMIN STAFF

Job responsibilities

  • Collecting administrative data and ensure accuracy and timeliness of the collection and provision of data.
  • Make recap operational data so that it can be used for analysis of process improvement and development operations.
  • Help collecting data for the internal audit process so that all the data available and the audit process runs smoothly.
  • Doing filing data and information related to business development so that all data are well documented and can be searched with ease. 

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Agribusiness / Information Systems / Business Management with Min. GPA 3:00
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in breeding company
  • Have the ability in the field of Agribusiness Management and Internal Audit
  • Have good communication skills 

 

GOVERNMENT RELATION STAFF

Job responsibilities

  • Maintaining good relations, coordinating the government in accordance with the system and procedures and receive input and complaint from a government to maintain smooth operational company
  • Implementthe database, administration and communication activities related to government relations
  • Understand protocol & culture prevails in government organization

Job requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Political Science, Mass
  • Communications, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
    At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in
  • Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

TAX PROJECT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

  • To analyze the impact of tthe regulation development in taxation and industry, so the update information can be use to update about provision, and to give input also advice about tax area for Adaro subsidiaries. 
  • To analyze Contract and document transactions so the data can be use todetermine the risk of taxation and tax treatment in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  • To conduct a review all  fiscal and taxation report from Adaro subsidiaries, so the report can be use to prepare recommendations.
  • To gather information related to regulations in the areas of taxation and / or relating to the areas of taxation so it can be used to identify tax issues for the company.
  • To collect and prepare material for all  project implementation plan in Adaro subsidiaries.
  • To do the documentation and filing tax documents pertaining to from the analysis, a review ,updates, input, advice and recommendations of taxation.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 3 years experience in tax area, preferably from public tax firm.
  • Having excellence knowledge about Tax Regulation.
  • Having good knowledge about Tax Policy & Procedures.
  • Having good analytical thinking.
  • Fluent in english.

 

QAQC TEAM LEADER

Job responsibilities

Responsible for the work quality aspect of the power plant construction to ensure all works are in accordance with the prevailing standards and procedures.
Establish quality inspection plans (quality control) including schedules and methods of measurements / inspections to be implemented to ensure all construction works are done as according to contract quality specifications.

  • Analyze contractor’s quality inspection plans and ensure it is in accordance with the contract specifications.
  • Ensure contractors are implementing quality inspection plans correctly to ensure all inspections are done as according to schedule.
  • Coordinate witnessing hold/inspection points with the dedicated inspectors (civil, electrical, mechanical, welding, etc.) to ensure all work are done according to the inspection/testing plans submitted by contractors.
  • Determine QA QC field implementation mechanisms on site to ensure QA QC inspections are done in the correct way as well as to review QA QC implementation mechanisms and to develop potential improvements for inspection method / mechanisms.
  • Provide instructions to inspector / welding for the implementation of field inspections which includes division of responsibilities and inspection implementation mechanisms as well as methods.
  • Review reports from inspector / welding to identify the level of work conformity with the required standards / quality to ensure all welding works comply with proper industrial standards. Analyze and provide QA QC inspection reports to the project manager and to provide follow up actions based on the inspection report findings.

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate majoring in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as similar position in Power Plant or Oil & Gas Construction
  • Good knowledge in Welding Inspector, Visual Testing Welder, Inspection Techniques
  • Good communication, leadership & managerial skills
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

 

ANALYST

Job requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Technical, Communication, Journalism, Economics
  • Minimum 3 year experience as Analyst in Power Industry
  • Have deep understanding of Power Industry
  • Good Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Good Presentation Skill
  • Good command in English both oral and written

 

INTEGRATED FARMING ADMIN & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SECTION HEAD

Job responsibilities

  • Developing methods and strategies for the procurement of farm and plantation businesses ranging from a supplier search process, assessment of the quality of livestock to be purchased and the evaluation of the performance of suppliers to ensure procurement activities running smoothly.
  • Develop a network with suppliers and procurement for farms and estates as well as business support equipment so as to avoid dependence on one type of supplier.
  • Related coordinate procurement number and suitability of supporting farms and plantations with the procurement so as to support operational activities.
  • Monitoring the administration of the data collection process and ensure accuracy so that data can be provided in a timely operational.
  • To analyze the data and operational information to support process improvement and development of operational processes.
  • Preparing documents and reports required permits for livestock and plantations to the relevant agencies in order to support operational activities.
  • To collect the data necessary for the audit process and ensure the readiness of the audit so that audit process run smoothly.
  • Establish and maintain communications intensive mutually beneficial relationships with external parties such as the public and stakeholders for smooth and business development, in accordance with the norms, regulations and Adaro Value
  • Looking for customers to sell their farms and plantations that make a profit for the company.

Job requirement

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Livestock
  • Min. 3-5 years experience as a Business Development Assistant Manager (preferably from industrial agriculture / livestock)

  • Good Project Management skills
