SECRETARY TO FA DIVISION

Job responsibilities

Operational activities for the administration and the schedule of activities of F & A Division Head as well as the entire team so that operations can run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

  • Set the agenda / schedule of meetings to be conducted by the Division Head as well as a team so that all planned activities can be run well.
  • Prepare the material and make the minutes of the meeting so that the meeting accomplished smoothly and the results of the meeting are well documented.
  • Administer and distribute disposition Division Head and a request for approval / review of the Division Head Division personnel so that operations run smoothly.
  • Prepare everything needed for employee business travel (travel request, accommodation, travel expenses report) in order to support the smooth operation of the team and Division Head.
  • Perform a systematic documentation of the administrative documents both hardcopy and softcopy documents to be easily found if needed and document well maintained

Job requirement

  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum 1) year related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer

ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job responsibilities

Develop management systems annual assets and long-term power plant , starting from the activity of project origination or land acquisition , project monitoring , a database maintenance and asset value development and ensure the operational activity the use of assets can work effectively and efficiently and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law

  • Help and facilitate management in formulating strategies and operational policies power plant in order to meet the targets set by the management
  • Conduct a review and assign Activity Plan and Budget Power Plant to support the activities of the Operational
  • Representing the company in the project to ensure maximum profitability and return on investment, including participating in the process of making a schedule and budget.
  • Developing methods and strategies of business development for each company's assets
  • Organize and implement a business plan in order to meet the provisions of the PPA contract.
  • Monitor and analyze KPI project to comply with the contract and provide updates to clients.
  • Conduct a review of operational activities at the Power Plant with the Operations Manager to ensure the operations of the power plant to meet production targets effectively and efficiently and comply with the rules of safety and environmental sustainability
  • Conduct a review of the Maintenance plan  for machines, facilities / infrastructure operations along with the Power Plant and Power Plant Management to ensure maintenance activities to support the operational needs optimally
  • Monitoring, measure and provide recommendations for improving the performance of the company's assets by leveraging existing asset management tools.
  • Conduct a review of the management plan together with the Human Resources Management to develop and planning Human Resources strategy in power plant
  • Provide recommendations to HSE, in order to ensure compliance with the rules of power plant operational Health, safety and environmental sustainability
  • Provide support to internal in helping to provide solutions related to the project, regulatory, contractual and commercial issues.
  • Conduct a review of the financial management of the power plant to maintain cost efficiency in power plant productivity
  • Maintaining and developing the human resource competencies in Power Plant

Job requirement

  • Maintaining and developing the human resource competencies in Power  Plant 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Business and Technical
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Asset Management Manager in Power industry
  • Have deep understanding  of operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant, operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant HSE, operation and maintenance Coal Fired Power Plant Asset management
  • Good Conseptual thinking and analytical skills
  • Good Leadership and Managerial Skill
  • Good command in English both oral and writen

 

BUDGETING OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Supporting the development, formulation, monitoring and reporting budget companies by providing budget data and coordinate with the necessary resources to support the smooth operation of the company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Gather the annual budget of income and expenditure of all work units for the purposes of the preparation of the annual budget of the company.
  • Supporting activity budget compilation of the entire department for the purposes of the budget estimates of the overall company.
  • Entering data compilation of the entire department budget to the Finance & Accounting database system to estimate the overall company budget.
  • Provide supporting data for analysis company budget assumptions based on data and / or facts.
  • Ensuring the availability of data to support the preparation of the company budget so that reporting is accurate and timely.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min GPA 3.00
  • Min. 2 years experience, preferably from Public Accountant background
  • Having knowledge about Financial Planning & Budgeting
  • Having knowledge about Financial Analyst
  • Having knowledge about Accounting Control
  • Fluent in English is a must

 

COST CONTROL SECTION HEAD

Job responsibilities

  • To monitor  operational budget in business activity in the company, based on the regular budget that has been made, to ensure the activity of the company in accordance with the binsnis company's business objectives.
  • to review and monitor company financial routine expenditure based on the existing policy by making comparisons over the budget that has been created with the actual costs incurred to minimize the cost of variants.
  • To manage company cost by monitor company budget that have been made with the financial condition of the company, so all cost can be register and give informative report.
  • To evaluate all project cost that have been used, so company can ensure project effectiveness and activities in accordance with the objective of the company business.
  • To prepare financial statement report periodically, so board always be informed the progress of projects that have been executed. 
  • To facilitate the preparation of economic analysis of the financial model by doing and give relevant advice on fees to support company decision making.
  • To monitor and review the agreement to each project conducted by any division to ensure agreement in accordance with prevailing policy in the division of finance & accounting.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min. GPA 3.00.
  • Experience in Cost Control area for 5 years, preferably from Public Accountant background.
  • Having Excellent Financial Planning and Budgeting skills.
  • Having intermediate Financial Analysis skill.
  • Having knowledge about Cash Flow Management.
  • Having knowledge about Tax Statement.
  • Fluent in English is a must.

 

CATTLE FARM OPERATION STAFF
