Talent Acquisition

Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Talent Database/ Talent Pool Across Sites in support of business group
  • Manage recruitment process of Management Level
  • Support Organization Management in terms of the implementation and monitoring of Manpower Planing in all business group
  • Handle salary offering in all business group
  • Support implementation of strategic Staffing initiatives (recruitment online, evaluation of job advertisement, psychological assessment, etc.)
  • Handle employee transfer related to manpower fulfillment
  • Support HR Sites in terms of presenting the Recruitment Report, Manpower Movement Report to management level, and/or any kind of assistance that needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree of Psychology or relevant
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Human Resources area
  • Experience of Competency Based Interviewing/ relevant interview techniques and recruitment practices.
  • Have knowledge about Remuneration and Organization Development
  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of different seniority, cultures and business disciplines
