We are currently re-enforcing our successful team and inviting highly motivated Indonesian Professionals in fabrication of structural steel, Process skids and Heavy plate industry to join our team as :

 

WORKSHOP SUPERINTENDENT

Role and Duties:

1. Taking Care Workshop to Detail: You absolutely understand the importance of detail and manage plate fabrication workshop. The company is growing quickly but still operating in a start-up environment. This will require you to involve yourself in the daily duties of ‘getting the small things done' and ensuring all operational details are in order.
2. Strong Leadership: You must have had least 5 years of experience in managing people. This will have included motivating and inspiring teams, helping individuals grow and improve, and taking care of all other team-related responsibilities such as performance reviews, goal-setting and conflict resolution. Work together and manage all employees employed at the Workshop and ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and morale is maintained and that individual potential is encouraged and developed where possible and identify any training needs, both on the job and formal, depending on individual circumstances.
3. Customer Focused: You believe that customers and their desires are the most important aspect of any business. Our company is driven by heart and soul. We absolutely love our customers and do everything possible to make them feel special. You will be expected to show that you have a passion for great customer experiences.
4. Strategic Understanding: Although your day-to-day job will be to enable your people and get the operational stuff right, you must be able to demonstrate that you understand the big picture of the Company
5. Lead, direct and control its implementation within all operation, concerning operational safety and environmental sustainability (K3 & Environment).Ensure all Workshop operations are complies with HSE procedures

General Requirements :

1. Degree in an ENGINEERING / TECHNICAL discipline
2. At least 5 years of experience in a plate fabrication, offshore , or 2 years as Workshop Superintendent
3. High regards towards safety, strong in scheduling and planning workshop activities
4. Strong manufacturing background in PLATE and/or MINING EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING
5. Has the ability to manage all workshop operations daily activity and large workforce
6. Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills
7. Proficient communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
8. Familiar with operations practices in fabrication, workshop, construction, structural, metal fabrication/metallurgy/die/welding & design/engineering;
9. Awareness of plant operation regulatory requirements;
10. Understanding the heavy plant business; OHS&E regulations,Planning and organizing, reporting skill; Plant Maintenance module literacy; costing & budgeting;
11. Able to lead, organize manpower, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
12. AutoCAD, Computer application proficiency.
13. Holding inspector certificate (Welding Inspection or Coating Inspection or Piping Inspector, etc.) justified by C.SWIP, BGas, AWS, IWS, etc. will be an advantage

SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Role and Duties:

1. The main function are handling enquiries from existing clients and new potential clients, estimating and provide commercial proposal/ quotation.
2. Good understanding of bidding documents, project scopes, technical drawing, specific project requirements/ technical specification for general fabrication businesses.
3. Good understanding of all major international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, AS etc.)
4. Cost calculations for Labor / Man hours, Consumables, Materials, Sub contractors
5. Provide commercial proposal/ quotation
6. Follow-up the status of submitted proposal to customers
7. Prepare takeoffs for assigned projects and coordinate with procurement– BOM/BOQ
8. Type of work that needs to be quoted includes structural steel, process piping/ skids, small to medium modular structures and heavy plate fabrication
9. Monitor actual project/ fabrication costs are achieved against project estimated/ budget costs

General Requirements :

1. Good communication in English (Written and Verbally)
2. Ability and confidence to communicate with major overseas customers. Attend pre tender meeting
3.  Engineering background would be an advantage
4. Only for WNI (Indonesian Citizen)

 

MATERIAL PROCESSING  SUPERVISOR

( CNC Bending & Cutting Process not for Store)

Role and Duties:

1. Supervise plate bending operation as per dimensions provided on drawing/sketch and follow the rolling priority schedule
2. Supervise plate bending operation as per dimensions provided on drawing/sketch and follow the rolling priority schedule
3. Supervise and arrangement of all tools, jigs and fixtures at work place to perform plate bending work
4. Supervise machine setting in accordance with the thickness of the plate.
5. Supervise and Perform correct rolling profile/shape within tolerance considering material bending strength.
6. Interpret drawing and use measurement.
7. Preserve and maintain the templates for future usage
8. Supervise marking and Forming Plate Sections Process.
9. Ensure no sharp corners damaging the plate bending.
10. Supervise and Maintain implementation within all CNC Bending and CNC Cutting Process

General Requirements:

1. Min Senior High School or  Diploma in an Engineering / Technical discipline.
2. Hands on experience of 3 years in similar type plate bending operation in manufacturing workshop
3. Possess knowledge for bending plate in CNC plate bending machine (Large Press Brake) and CNC plasma cutting.
4. Able to supervise on preparation of gauge for checking bended items as per drawing dimensions.
5. Able to work in independently, willing to take challenges.
6. Good relationship to co-workforce, teamwork, co-operation and adaptability.
7. Willing to be permanently relocate to Batam Island
8. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Auto Cad, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.

HSE & Facility Maintenance Manager

Role and Duties:

1. To ensure all Workshop & Office operations complies with HSE procedures.
2. Develop, maintain and review Safety, Health and Environmental programmed to ensure compliance with legislative and industry requirements.
3. Aware of all Standard regulation to be followed and manage Safety implementation on Workshop to all personnel in its use.
4. Responsible to prepare and coordinate JSA (Job Safety Analyses) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at Workshop and Office area.
5. Participation in, and coordination of, HSE meetings on-workshop
6. Provide advice and corrective action plans on Safety, Health and Environmental issues on Workshop.
7. Keep up to date with all changing factors within the external environment, i.e. new legislation, technologies on Workshop Project
8. Implement continuous improvement in relation to Safety, Health and Environmental Issues.
9. Communicate with all employees on Safety, Health and Environmental matters and develop and foster an awareness of same.
10. Conduct regular audits and inspections and ensure corrective actions for all identified hazards are closed out.

General Requirements:

1. Diploma in Health & Safety or equivalent from a reputable university, Male, Maximum 40 years old
2. At  least  6+ Years experience in a similar position or comparable operation dealing with employees at all levels and driving health & safety forward
3. Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 or similar
4. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
5. Experience of preparing risk assessments and safe systems of work
6. English fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
7. Good knowledge of computer applications, communication, presentation and report writing skills
8. Previous experience in a steel fabrication environment .
9. Only for Indonesian citizenship.

 

OPERATION MANAGER

Role and Duties:

1. Responsibilities:

• You absolutely understand the importance of detail and manage all production/ fabrication to ensure all activities are carried to the required quality and safety standards
• Oversee the general maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment, and participate in long range plant expansion and equipment planning.
• Assist in the preparation of company budget forecasts by providing information about operational capacity and scheduling of forecast sales activities.

1. Customer Focused: You believe that customers and their requirements are an important aspect of any business and see the importance in meeting all their expectations while at the same time achieving company objectives.
2. Strong Leadership: You must have had at least 5 years previous experience in managing people in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will be required to motivate and inspire your team and help individuals grow and develop within the organization.
3. Strategy: Must be able to work with other senior management to ensure that all corporate objectives are achieved through effective implementation.

General Requirements :

1. Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline, at  least 5 years of experience in a Production, Manufacturing company or 3 years as  Operation Manager
2. Has the ability to manage all operations daily activities in  large workforce, excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
3. Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
4. A detail oriented person, KPI, process driven and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill

PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

Role and Duties:

1. Ability and confidence to communicate with major customers in English (Written and Verbally)
2. Good understanding of all major international codes and standards (ASME, AWS, AS etc.)
3. Prepare and implement project schedule, Quality Planning, Procurement Planning, Fabrication & Installation planning, Risk Planning, and Budget Cost Planning.
4. Conduct Project Kick off Meeting with all project with all team member
5. Cost calculations for labor /Man hours, consumables material
6. Prepared and implement project schedule, Quality Planning, Procurement Planning, Fabrication & Installation planning, Risk Planning, and Budget Cost Planning
7. Control project performance in term of such as : cost control, schedule control, quality control, procurement control, and SHE control.
8. Prepare Project progress report to GM  and  OD

General Requirements:

1. Degree in an Engineering / Technical, Management  discipline,
2. Ma 45 years old and at  least 5 years of experience in a similar type position
3. Has the ability to manage all operations daily activities in  large workforce, excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills
4. Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will be able to write routine reports and able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

WORKSHOP MANAGER

Role and Duties:

1. To provide efficient and effective day-to-day management of the workshop activities.
2. Work together and manage all employees in the Workshop and to ensure a high level of motivation, discipline and morale is maintained
3. To establish and maintain a strong and professional working relationship with all Managers and all other customers
4. Verify that all manufacturing is as per the specification and meets the required quality standards
5.  Ensure that all manufacturing is being carried out in the most cost effective manner.
6. Ensure that all labor hours are properly accounted for .
7. Carry out your managerial responsibilities in accordance with the companies rules and regulations
8.  Assist HRD in Interviewing, recruitment, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals and  Coaching and Counseling
9. To ensure all Workshop operations complies with HSE procedures

General Requirement

1. Degree in an Engineering / Technical discipline, at  least 5 years of experience in workshop managerial position, with accomplishments
2. Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills and English fluency in verbal and writing is a mandatory
3. Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power point, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
4. Has the ability to read and interpret documents and technical drawings
5. A detail oriented person and highly organized, possess strong leadership and good communication skill
