An Established General Trading Company (M’sia& SG) dealing in Steam Coal has expanded its business in to various business in Indonesia, i.e; Shipping Company that  owns and operates sets of tug botas & barges, Coal Mining Company that hold coal concession licenses,  and Property Project of  office buildings, residential and shop houses located in the heart of Palembang City.

General Manager - Kepala Teknik Tambang

Requirements:
  • Position is General Manager level /KTT Tambang
  • Requirement of having POU certificate or similiar qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Bachelor's Degree (mining or geology background is an added value) or other degree relevant to the job
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 10 year(s) or ideally 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field and 5 years in the same position
  • Full-Time position
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung Enim and/or Palembang as required
  • Self motivated, creative , innovative and able to work under preassure
Job Description:
  • To lead and manage planning, construction and operation of a coal mine in order to grow the business and in the same time effectively optimize company resources in compliance  with the strategic business plan .
  • To lead development  and implementation as well as to assure compliance to company’s management systems  to include policy, SOP and working manuals, quality systems, HSEMS, risk management, BCM etc.
  • To lead and manage development and implementation of business plan to include mining plan and economics.
  • To supervise implementation of operation,  finance, HRM, and SCM along with Finance Manager and General Support Departments.
  • To lead and manage company's  relationship with relevant stakeholders to include shareholders, suppliers, contractors, communites and key government agencies.  
  • Any other matters that may be delegated by the management from time to time
 
 

General Support Manager - HR & GA

Requirements:
  • Position is full time General Support Manager covering HR & GA, Legal and External Relation serving group company (Mining and Shipping)
  • Candidate ideally possess  Psychology, Law and/or Engineering Bachelor's Degree  or other degree relevant to the job
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 10 year of working experience in the related field and 2 years in the same position
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang  covering Tanjung Enim if required
  • Self motivated, creative , innovative and able to work under preassure
Job Description:
  • Working closely with key senior managers of the companies in order to lead and manage development and  implementation of human resources management, general affair, legal matters, CSR and other general supporting roles  within the group  in order to grow the business and effectively optimize company resources in accordance  with the strategic business plan .
  • To lead key staffs at supervisor levels in HR, Legal, GA, CSR and Security and HSE matters.
  • To develop and execute  implementation of  human resources managemement, general affairs and  government relations  to include establishment of related policy, SOP and working manuals, quality systems and HSEMS.
  • To manage company's  relationship with relevant stakeholders to include shareholders, suppliers, contractors, communites and key government agencies.  
  • Any other matters that may be delegated by the group general manager from time to time
 

Supervisor HR & GA

Requirements:
  • Position is full time Supervisor HR & GA  serving group company (Mining and Shipping)
  • Candidate ideally  possess  Psychology, Business and/or Engineering Bachelor's Degree  or other degree relevant to the job
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year of working experience in the related field and 2 years in the same position
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang  covering Muara  Enim if required
  • Self motivated, creative , innovative and able to work under pressure
Job Description:
  • Supporting general support manager of the companyy in order to lead and manage development and  implementation of human resources management  and  general affair  in order to grow the business and effectively optimize company resources in accordance  with the strategic business plan .
  • The human resouces role is to include  recruitment, training, performance appriasal, handling permits for expatriates, developmend of job desc and position requirement, personnel administration (payroll, absence and leave), management of employee agreement, company regulation and remuneration systems.
  • General affairs role is to include corporate communication/external relation   maintaining company assets, IT, office and facilities and insurance
  • To lead key staffs at execuitve levels in HR and GA
  • To develop and execute implementation of human resources management and general affairs   to include establishment and impelemnation of related policy, SOP and working manuals.
  • To support general support manager to maintain company's relationship with relevant stakeholders to include shareholders, suppliers, contractors, communities and key government agencies. 
  • Any other matters that may be delegated by the  general support manager from time to time
 

Legal Supervisor

Requirements:
  • Position is full time Legal Supervisor
  • Candidate must possess at least Law Bachelor's Degree. Additional postgraduate in commercial law is an added value
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 5 year of working experience in the related field and 2 years in the same position
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang  and also covering Tanjung Enim if required
  • Self motivated, creative , innovative and able to work under preassure
Job Description:
  • Working closely General Support Manager of the company in order to manage company’s  legal matters within the group  in order to grow the business and effectively optimize company resources in accordance  with the strategic business plan . 
  • To lead key staffs at executive levels in Legal matters. 
  • To  develop and prepare concise legal opinions and reports on relevant law and regulations, company’s  transactions, policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of legal contracts, deeds, leases and other legal documents.
  • Perform research and analysis of legal problems and issues. Experience in corporate secretary role will be an added advantage.
  • Any other matters that may be delegated by the the General Support Manager from time to time
