We are, from a mining business group of four coal mining firms and two gold mining firms which have been in operation with KK, PKP2B, and IUP, would like to recruit new professional workers with good track records in their fields, to join and progress with us at the positions and qualifications as follow:

Organization and Development Manager (HO- Jakarta)

Minimal experience of 10 years in Organization and Development, especially in mining.
Tasks and responsibility:

1. Responsible in designing and implementing the Organization & Development programs as follow:
   1. Training
   2. Team management and leadership
   3. Management performance
   4. Talent management
   5. Performance evaluation
2. Management of System Study and Development which covers analysis of training programs, implementation and evaluation programs.
3. Management of human resource and Performance Review for all employees in the group by pursuing development of workers in mining sector.
4. Manage the team responsible to achieve results based on the strategic plan of human resource development, and achievement program set by the company. Pursuing a synergy with the management and inter departments.
5. Contribute strategic ideas and make sure programs are executed effectively and the good corporate governance is implemented in line with the companys policy.

Legal Manager (HO – Jakarta)

• Minimal experience of 10 years, mainly as mining companys legal manager who deals with all new licenses, permit extension, and periodical reports
• Implement tasks of Legal Affair (agreements, MOU, and additonal agreements).
• Maintain completeness of documents, files and do updating in line with the development of company.
• Monitor all developments of regulations related to the mining business.
• Able to coordinate well with all departments and management of the company.

CSR Manager (Site )

• Having experience in coal and mineral mining company min 10 Years
• Having plans and programs of CSR for mining area.
• Having good track record and good leadership.
• High Integrity and motivation.
• Having experience to cooperate with the government

Heavy Equipment /Maintenance Superintendant - Manager ( Site )

• Plan, coordinate and direct general maintenance supervisors, maintenance planners, maintenance foremen, and hourly employees to safely and efficiently inspect, repair and troubleshoot problems with surface equipment/systems.
• Develop a motivated team to ensure surface equipment/facilities are maintained in proper working order and permissible condition and maintained to high standards to achieve high availabilities and meet maintenance/production goals.
• Ensure that work areas are inspected daily to monitor performance, unsafe conditions are identified and necessary corrections are implemented and safety meetings are conducted with crews.
• Ensure personnel are trained in operation of equipment and maintenance tasks before performing work.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance, service and inspection programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate component repairs, equipment modifications and fabrication of special materials or parts with outside repair/supply facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and cooperate with operations, safety and engineering departments to ensure workable and cost effective mine plans are developed, followed and production, maintenance and safety goals are achieved.
• Plan, schedule, budget and monitor overhauls of equipment.
• Lead by example and promote safety as a value and ensure compliance with mine plans, company safety rules and state and federal regulations. Coordinate mandatory testing, inspections and record keeping.
• Establish accountability and develop the skills of maintenance employees through a combination of goal setting, delegation, training, counseling and performance evaluations or reviews. Responsible for training both supervisory and hourly employees to meet operations, maintenance and regulatory standards and methods.

Mine Plan Superintendent (HO)

• 8-10 years in area of mine plan especially gold mining company
• Advance user of surpac, minesched and whittle
• Presentation Skill
• Report Writing Skill
• Conduct pit optimization using determined parameters
• Provide mine plan design and schedule to meet company metal target
• Conduct review and validation of block model

Process Engineer , Scheduler / Planner (HO / Site)

• Organize and control project elements in order to complete engineering projects in compliance with Company standards and procedures and Environment, Health and Safety regulations
• Scheduler and Planner is responsible for supporting the project engineering department in developing, tracking and maintaining project schedules as well as helping achieve on time project completion within the project budget. The scheduler and planner will also be required to act in an expediting role for both engineering documents and procured equipment and materials.
• Expected to be familiar with, and to follow at all times, all internal disciplinary rules and procesdures and all policies and procedures of the company. Key accountabilities and responsibilities as listed below are not meant to be exhaustive in nature. May be required to perform duties or tasks that are not specifically listed below upon request of their immediate manager as long as they are reasonable under the circumstances and within the employees ability and qualifications to do so safely.

HSES Manager (Site )

Actively promoting compliance and development of environmental and safety issues with sub ordinate staff and other associated with the job.

• Liasing with client for all technical, operational, environment health and safety issues.
• Preparing Mining Progress, RKL/RPL, RKAB and RKTTL reports to related institution such as Distamben and BLH.
• Responsible and ensure all mining activity running well and comply with all government regulations and procedures at the site.
• Safety Performances as measured by safety incidents and compliance to audit and Safet Review, modify and implement improvements Safety Management Systems to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits.
• Monitor the quality and influence the compliance of Safety Management System issues to provide assurance to meet our obligations for our people, business, legal, statutory, clients, community and shareholders.
• Develop and manage security department

Supervisor Prepare Analyst / Processing & QC (Site)

• Operated / Analyzed Coal Quality with sulfur analyzer, clorimeter, moisture & proximate analysis.
• Control / Operated coal preparation with ASTM or ISO standard / methods.
• Able & understand coal management stockpile (ROM & Product Coal)
• Able & understand coal processing plant (Crusher Plant Unit Operational & Activity)
• Able & understand reporting QC, stock and coal processing production.
• Strong leadership & Target oriented.
