Operation & Engineering Superintendent (OESPT)

Job Description :

• Monitor all coal production activities to meet the target: effective and efficient production with regard to high safety commitment.
• Coordinate and supervise mining employees and mining service contractors.
• Ensure that the mining production and removal of overburdens will be in a safe working condition and achieve the maximum recovery of coal with minimum dilution.
• To ensure all the drainage system and its environment impacts are controllable.
• To ensure smooth activities in the pit, waste dump, and stockpile.
• To ensure all unit set-ups and manpower set-ups in the mining production are in good condition and good performance.
• Manage and implement short term and long term mining plan.
• Submit the mining performance and evaluation reports to the Site Manager.
• Prepare all the data needed for the purpose of cost control.
• To assist in preparation of official reporting to the government.

Requirements :

• Male, 37 - 45 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or related discipline. Minimum GPA of 2.80 / 4.00
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position from coal mining company, or 6 years experience as OE Supervisor
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices (good mining practices)
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Auto cad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining methods, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis
• Good knowledge in coal geology
• Good knowledge in integrated drainage system, mine infrastructure and stockpile management
• Good knowledge in mining regulations and reporting
• Good in leadership and communication, with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to SHE
• To be located in Muara Enim, South Sumatera
• Candidates holding a POM Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate, a POU Certificate would be highly valued.

Safety Senior Foreman (SHESF)

Job Description:

• Create all the SHE programs in job sites.
• Monitor implementation of all the safety activities.
• Make sure all of the safety programs are clear to be implemented.
• Requirements:
• Male, 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. Minimum GPA of 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position from mining company/s or 5 years experience as SHE staff.
• Excellent understanding on Safety Analysis
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Hold a K3 Umum Indonesia competency Certificate
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Excellent experience and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety design (in coal mining field)
• Good knowledge in all equipment activities and its basic procedure usage
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good knowledge in all safety reports needed in mining field
• To be located in Jakarta and to travel to our job sites

 

Coal Quality Control Foreman (QCSF)

Jo Description :

• To prepare coal samples for analysing purposes.
• To manage routine coal sampling and guidance services for front line employees.
• To manage and supervise all the procedures needed to prevent parting and other impurity materials in the pit based on SOP.
• To manage and supervise all the procedures needed in stockpile activities based on stockpile SOP.
• To assist mine geologist and all mine operation in the pit.
• To assist mine mapping and exploration activities if needed; to monitor production activities in order to mine good quality coal.

Requirements :

• Male, maximum of 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or related discipline with minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum of 3 years experience in coal quality control and 3 years minimum experience in coal mining
• Good knowledge in coal geology
• Good knowledge in coal sampling technique and procedure (pit and stockpile samples, as well as disturbed or undisturbed samples)
• Good knowledge in coal quality control and quality assurance management
• Good knowledge in stockpile management and mine geology engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as AutoCAD, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
• To be located in Muara Enim, South Sumatra

 

Sales Support Administration (PROC)

Job Descriptions :

• To receive and process any sales accordance with the procedure.
• To create & monitor selling contracts.
• To coordinate with expediter & logistic for coal deliveries.
• To monitor sales process from site to buyers.

Requirements:

• Female, maximum of 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting / Marketing
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position from mining company/s,
• Good knowledge in sales of coal industry
• Good in circulating documents in sales process
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• To be located in Jakarta and to travel to our job sites as needed.

 

Coal Logistic & Trucking Management (CLTM)

Job Description :

• To control, and supervise coal logistic arrivals from site stockpile to trucking stockpile.
• To control, manage and supervise coal movements from stockpile to loading train.
• To control and monitor overall coal transport processes to ensure handling process are met with the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
• To administer all documents and reports of in and out coal movements from stockpile.
• To monitor and control stockpile space to receive coal from sites.
• To coordinate with Distamben to create SKAB, etc.
• To establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.

Requirements:

• Male 25-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Minimum of 2 years experience in coal logistic, specifically in stockpile
• Good communication, negotiation skill, and reporting system
• Good work in details, time management and target orientation
• Located in Muara Enim, South Sumatra
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat are preferred)

 

Mine Operation Control (MOC)

Job Description :

• Monitoring all coal production activities to meet target considering efective, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
• Create short term & mid term mine plan
• Supporting data and mapping the actual area location information
• Make sure sequence of mining based on planning.
• Create & analyze budget, cost of mine production.

Requirements :

• Male, max 25-30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline. Min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• To be located in Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan.

 

Tax Manager (SRTM)

Job Description :

• To identify and execute tax planning opportunities.
• To manage, negotiate and settle tax audit and enquiries to ensure issues are timely dealt with.
• To manage, develop, train and mentor related tax staff.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum of 45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting discipline. Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00
• Minimum of 5 years experience in related field
• Excellent knowledge in basic & advanced accounting and Indonesian taxation
• Able to make Tax income, VAT & Tax Monthly Reports
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong computing skills, especially in Ms. Office & Internet
• To be located in Jakarta.

 

Electrical Technician (ET)

Job Description :

• To design electrical network with regards to safety & efficiency.
• To plan, run, monitor the maintenance and repair of the electrical infrastructures.
• To identify any damage that may occur in the network and electric equipment.
• To prepare the data and report of the electrical spare parts in order to support the operational activities.
• To conduct maintenance & repairs of electrical equipment according to the schedule.

Requirements :

• Male, maximum of 30 years old
• Graduates of STM / D3 Electrical Engineering
• Familiar with & good knowledge in AC/DC electrical material handling works
• Good understanding of the standard rule of the Electrical & Instruments
• Able to design & maintain electrical system
• Good communication with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good computing skills especially in Ms. Office & Internet
• To be located in Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan
