MINING ANALYST

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of standard financial evaluation models for Adaro Mining Assets.
• Creating and maintenance of Adaro Mining Asset financial evaluation standards.
• Coordination of assumptions for financial evaluation models.
• Auditing and calibration of financial models.
• Supply side production and cost modeling.
• Price forecasting and scenario casting.
• Financial evaluation of options.
• Sensitivity analysis of Mining Assets against key uncertainties.
• Value driver analysis of Adaro Mining Assets.
• Develop budget tracking tool and monitor Mining Planning Division budget.
• Provide technical assistance to site planning teams as required.
• Development of subordinates through training, coaching and mentoring.

Job requirement

• Bachelor degree majoring Engineering from reputable university, with min.GPA 3.00.
• Having min.5 years experience in Mining Project Evaluation.
• High skill and knowledge about Discount Cash Flow Analysis.
• High skill and knowledge in Development of Spreadsheet.
• High skill and knowledge in Project Management.
• Fluent in English is a must.

TAX AUDIT STAFF

Job responsibilities

• To evaluate and review the findings regarding report audited by an examiner tax in order to have the same understanding as for the findings of audit reported.
• To review all documents that required for tax examination (SPT and other completeness document) to ensure the completeness are complies withtax examiner needs.
• To prepare responses inscribed upon SPHP tax revenue (announcement letter) issued by tax examiners to confirm the audit report and the findings of an audit of inspectors to reduce taxes.
• To ensure the SKP (a tax assessment)which has been issued in accordance with the discussion of the end of the results of that examination.
• To perform pre-audit and develop the necessary in accordance with the procedures which have established in order to maintain smooth process of examination by the tax office.

Job requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year experience in tax audit area, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Certified Brevet A and B.
• Having knowledge about Tax Regulations and Procedures.
• Having knowledge about Tax Audit.

TAX PROJECT OFFICER

Job responsibilities

• To analyze the impact of tthe regulation development in taxation and industry, so the update information can be use to update about provision, and to give input also advice about tax area for Adaro subsidiaries. 
• To analyze Contract and document transactions so the data can be use todetermine the risk of taxation and tax treatment in accordance with the applicable provisions.
• To conduct a review all  fiscal and taxation report from Adaro subsidiaries, so the report can be use to prepare recommendations.
• To gather information related to regulations in the areas of taxation and / or relating to the areas of taxation so it can be used to identify tax issues for the company.
• To collect and prepare material for all  project implementation plan in Adaro subsidiaries.
• To do the documentation and filing tax documents pertaining to from the analysis, a review ,updates, input, advice and recommendations of taxation.

Job requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Taxation from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in tax area, preferably from public tax firm.
• Having excellence knowledge about Tax Regulation.
• Having good knowledge about Tax Policy & Procedures.

CIVIL DESIGNER

Job responsibilities

• To draw about road planning, infrasrtucture planning by using National Indonesia Standard and International Standards (as austroads) so it can be meet project specifications.
• To draw a drainage system plan in detail, the system must comply with topography condition.
• To count the quantity of material volume that has been made from the design, so the data can be used to estimate budget for civil engineering project .
• To review all details about layout and picture  that has been made by engineering consultant, to ensure a design was made according to the specifications that needed.

Job requirement

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) majoring in Civil Engineer, with min. GPA 2.75
• Minimum 2 years experience as Drafter in Contractor or Mining Company.
• Having good Civil Infrastructure skill.
• Having good Technical Design and Drafting skill.
• Having good knowledge about SNI and Astroads Design Standards and Practices.

 

CIVIL DRAFTER

Job responsibilities

• Able to operate Autocad 2014 version.
• Understand the drawing procedure for civil engineering work.
• Understand the drawing material that related to civil engineer's work, such as road design, bridges, Box Culvert, grading, and other civil infrastructure.
• To draw the pieces of the product or structure according to the blueprint so that the image has equal scale with standard policies.
• To draw the detail of product constructions or civil works according to the determined scale, so it has detailed explanation to the image or civil engineer drawings according to the policies.
• To make filling system and make arcive folder of the images accordig to the project.

Job requirement

• Minimum Diploma III and Bachelor degree from reputable university with GPA of 3.00.
• Maximum working experience: 1 Year.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Job responsibilities

• Bertanggung jawab penuh atas tahapan proyek, dari tahap feasibility study, penyusuna project proposal dan approval, melakukan eksekusi proyek dan melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak konsultan dan kontraktor, dan memastikan proyek berjalan lancar sesuai target (QCDS).

Job requirement

• Sarjana (S1) Teknik Sipil atau Teknik Arsitektur dengan min. IPK 2.80
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Project Superintendent atau Project Manager 3-5 tahun di perusahaan konstruksi nasional atau perusahaan pemilik proyek.
• Menguasai MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) dan MS Project.
• Mampu menguasai CAD dianggap suatu kelebihan.
• Memahami sistem management mutu dan K3 dianggap suatu kelebihan.
• Mampu mengendalikan beberapa proyek sekaligus dalam suatu waktu.
• Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.

PAYROLL STAFF

Job responsibilities

• To create and do socialization about procedures and standard that related to the activities of demotion, transfer, and promotion and wage increases to employees, so employees know their rights and responsibilities within the company.
• To collect data that is related to allowances, rebates, severance pay, and also do the calculation of wages / salaries and incentives received by eligible employees each month.
• To analyze the calculation of salary / wages and incentives that is entitled for employees every month so that all employees earn a salary / wage by the amount corresponding to the right.
• To Register, calculate and do the payment for social security, Manulife, and taxes, also to assist employees in the claims process so that employees can fulfill the obligations and acquire rights.
• Make monthly payroll reports, monthly Rapel, severance pay, payment of allowances, deductions and accounting journals and delivered so that all activities related to the payment of corporate expenses salary / wages can be well documented.
• Ensure payment of salary / wages and incentives implemented by a third party (the bank) can be an appropriate and timely so that employees can obtain their rights according to company policy

Job responsibilities

• To ensure the availability of design recommendations drilling and blasting activities in accordance with the environmental conditions in the mining areas  (internal and external).
• To ensure design of drilling and blasting activities so it may be optimized to achieve company targets.
• To ensure the implementation of operational activities of drilling and blasting is carried out by the contractor in accordance with the blasting design and procedures and applicable regulations (especially related K3LH).
• To ensure the impact of blasting activities (noise, vibration, etc.) is done in accordance with the applicable monitored so that it can be used as a reporting and evaluation of the implementation of blasting activities in accordance with applicable regulations (internal and external).

Job requirement

• Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 2.8 from Mining Engineer.
• Min. 1 years experience in drilling and blasting area.
• Good knowledge of K3LH
• Intermediate skill in drilling and blasting area.
• Assertive, highly motivated, and conscientious.
• Willing to be located in Tanjung Kalimantan Selatan.
