Import Staff

General Purpose

• Procurement staff will be responsible monitor upcoming import goods as well as preparing shipping documents, and assisting custom clearance process once the goods have arrived in Indonesia. Other than that will assists to make recapitulation of the import goods on monthly and quarterly basis

Main Job and Responsibilities

• Make coordination with the shipping agent regarding import goods Prepare shipping documents and analyzing any potential problem that may occur during the delivery Confirm all goods on the shipping documents are match with Purchase Order from mine site Verify the PIB (Pemberitahuan Import Barang) and process the import tax payment to finalize the custom clearance Monitor the release of the goods from custom office Make a recapitulation of import goods on monthly and quarterly basis Process the payment of handling fee from custom agent Coordinate with Logistics Department to determine delivery method of the imported goods Coordinate with domestic forwarder agent about the handover of the imported goods from customs agent and arrange delivery Monitor delivery of goods and acceptance at Balikpapan office and Mine Site Assists the delivery of import goods to the mine site Administer all the documents related to import goods as well as the invoice form domestic forwarder

Requirements

• Maximum 29 year old
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Previous experience in marketing, business, and familiar with international trade scope
• Experience in handling master list and supply chain.
• Proficiency in oral and written English

 

Senior Manager Technical support "Mining"

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent.
• Have POP,POM,POU certificate is preferred,
• Required skill(s): Mine operations, Mine planning, Production supervision, HSE, Mining Software.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 13 year(s) experience in senior mining role is required for this position.
• Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Enviromental Staff

Responsibilities

• Make reclamation planning and mapping the areas to be reforested to ensure the alignment between company’s environmental program with AMDAL
• Analyze the visibility of reclamation areas in order to ensure the treatment / reclamation program runs accordingly
• Prepare and control the availability and quality of seeds in order to ensure the seeds could be plant in reclamation areas
• Monitor the implementation of seeding process in order to ensure the process run according to the plan
• Reporting to the goverment about the reclamation progress in Mine Site
• Motivate, develop and evaluate his/her subordinates in order to ensure they have the knowledge, expertise, behavior and competency which is in accordance with requirement and able to support the achievement of target
• Perform the implementation of HSE regulation within his/her area of responsibility in order to minimize any possible risk and comply with company and government regulation

Requirements

• Must be possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry or equivalent
• Min. 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Having a good Leadership skill
• Having a good negotiating skill
• Having a knowledge of seedings and reforestation issues
• Having a knowledge of soil and plants
• Having a good understanding in AMDAL implementation

 

Acct & Finance Staff

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or management
• Min. 2 years work experience in coal mining
• Have previous experience as SAP administrator for Fi CO module will be more advantage.
• Having excellent English communication skill (oral & writing)
• Ability in office application software

 

Legal Officer

Responsibilities

• Gather information and prepare required documents of permit application in order to ensure the requirements are fulfilled in complete, accurate, and timely manner
• Analyze every contract draft between the company and The third party to make sure there are no point that will give a bad impact for the company.

Requirements

• Candidate must be posses at least bachelor degree in law
• Min. 2 - 3 year experience in Mining Company
• Having a good analytical skill
• Having a good understanding in agrarian law and Mining Law
• Having a good communication skill

 

Senior Manager Marketing

Requirements

• Min. 42 years
• Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing, business administration or related subject
• Previous experience working in coal mining industry will be an advantage
• Sociable, great listener and aggressive
• Solid presentation skills, both in creating and delivering presentations
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written
• Good Leadership skill
