JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Create a Leaming Environment. and contribute proactively.
• Develop General Managerial Training Materials (On line and Off Line system).
• Deliver the approved training materials through the effective and efficient Training session.
• Provide an efficient Scheduling for training Session;
• Maintain Training Record, trainees progress, and follow up intervention:
• Evaluate the Learning Outcome;
• Laying good examples by demonstrating the skills that are being taught:
• Provide suggestion or point of reference for employees for subjects delivered.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Has 5 (Five) years experience in training delivery OR proven track record of Training Delivery for corporate setting:
• Minimum of 2 (Two) years experience in Leadership position in any type of organization, but for-profit organization is preferable;
• Experience with On-Line Learning Delivery and infrastructure;
• Understand and able to contribute in TNA management;
• Hands on experience with general business insights and; experience in Mining industry is preferred;
• Certified Coach is preferred:
• Has knowledge in Learning and Development standard best practice;
• Deep knowledge in General Leadership/Management, Coaching & Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication or public speaking is a must;
• Good command of written & spoken English is not must but preferable;
• Knowledge in utilizing internet for a job relate function;
• Able to demonstrate the awareness on corporate safety & environmental.

• Develops the competitively advantageous and market oriented agricultural commodity base:
• Conducts training in farming. entrepreneurship, networking to potential market, etc;
• Develops plans of appropriate agriculture system and applicable practices to be used for local farmers to enhance the community economic independency through development of training centre that focus in agricultural technology;
• Develops home industry skills and potential market for the start-up level by working with local government institutions, small business enterprises, training providers and other parties who are concerned on the development of local economic matters;
• Develops and lifts up the local enterprises capabilities (related to gold business) so that they reach MSM-TTN's standard and be accepted as MSM-TTN's suppliers:
• Strengthens the environmentally sustainable tourism activity in collaboration with Goverment and Community and other stakeholders to develop regional tourism:
• Liaises with Dinas Kesehatan. doctors, hospitals, clinics and health !aboratories to deal with all necessary actions in running community heaLth promotions:
• Plans, designs and manages company scholarship program and evaluate the proposal from community/school in matching on which level the company can contribute in promoting education in the community, and decides which proposal can be approved to be granted a scholarship.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University:
• Has 10 (ten) years experiences in Community Development Program, in particular the Agribusiness and Entrepreneurship sector,
• Abie to develop business pian including Feasibility Studies (FS) in Agribusiness and SMEs
• Good experience in start-up Incubation project and value chain development:
• Experience in developing social enterprise is prefer:
• Experience in establishing a training centre and training module related to agribusiness and entrepreneurship:
• Has a working background in community approach and NGOs;
• Proactive in handling problem regarding to empowerment program Good interpersonal skills and good planning skills:
• Able to influence to deal with all level of people in the community;
• Able to make a long strategic plan and its supporting programs;
• Possesses the knowledge on CSR to incorporate the programs with company mission and vision;
• Possesses Driving License (SIM A):
• Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

CORPORATE FINANCIAL PLANNING & BUSINESS ANALYST OFFICER (CODE : KKM/CFBA-III/22)

OFFICE BASE: JAKARTA

MAIN DUTIES

• Supporting Corporate Project Actions;
• Preparing the Financial Model and Business Plan;
• Monitoring the Budget, Conducting Operational and Financial Analysis also Providing Input for Management;
• Providing Monthly Consolidated Financial Deliverables for Parent Company;
• Examining the Consolidated Financial Statements and reports to External Parties related to Financial Responsibilities.
• Assisting the Company's Reporting Obligations to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and/or the Financial Services Authority (OJK) including Quarterly Consolidated Financial Statements - Duties of the Corporate Secretary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Business major:
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in FP&A / Analytics / Finance related areas:
• Good in analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and attention to details of the problems,
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.):
• Good communication skill both written & spoken. Also able to manage all part of stakeholders;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team:
• Ability to learn independently and quickly;
• Experience using SAP is a strong plus:
• Willing to work on mining site as required/necessary.
