Coal Railway Supervisor (CRS)

Qualifications:

• Male 25-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience in coal logistic stockpile activity.
• Minimum 2 years experience in railway transporters
• Good communication, negotiation skill, and reporting system.
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Control, manage and supervise coal logistic arrival from site stockpile to trucking stockpile.
• Control, manage and supervise coal moving from stockpile to loading train
• Control and monitor overall coal transport process to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirements and as per standard procedures.
• Administer all documents and report all in and out coal from stockpile
• Monitor and control stockpile space to receive coal from site
• Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship.

 

Coal Trading Manager (CTM)

Qulifications :

• Male / Female, 30-45 years old.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Experienced at least 5 years in coal trading export.
• Strong networking & relations in area of coal trading.
• Fluent in English, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills especially in Ms. Office especially in power point.
• Has a good presentation skill.
• Willing to be located at Jakarta and travelling to our customers.

Responsibility :

• Responsible for all aspects of coal trading activity including organization and sourcing.
• Good knowledge of coal quality and sources.
• Develop specific supplier solutions based on strong financing, structuring, logistic and risk mitigation capabilities.

 

Legal Senior Supervisor (LSS)

Qualifications:

• Male 25-40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Law
• Minimum 4 years experience in coal mining company
• Understanding all mining regulation related to ESDM & BLH.
• Good communication, negotiation, filling documents and reporting system.
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate business contract including sales and purchase contract by taken in all the critical needs of all parties
• Collaborate with external lawyers in litigation by providing all the necessary document
• Write legal opinions on matters as assigned
• Always be on top of all and the latest regulatory frameworks related the company business
• Build solid relationship with all government
• Coordinate with notary for Notarization of shareholders resolution.
• Ensure all corporate legal document validity updated and conducted the renewal by coordinating with government institution

 

Mine Operation Control (MOC)

Qualifications :

• Male, max 25-30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline. Min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining principles and practices.
• Mastering in mine operation & production analysis
• Good knowledge in Minescape (intermediate level) & MS Excel
• Good knowledge in leadership & logic thinking
• Good knowledge in mining equipment analysis & fleet calculation
• Good knowledge in mine infrastructure construction & maintenance
• Good knowledge in reporting & analysis
• Held a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate will be an advantage.
• Strong commitment to safety & environment.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan.

Responsibilites :

• To ensure all of mine operation meet to target & considering of efectiveness, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
• To submit comprehensive report within details in analysis
• Quick response to all of mine operation problem
