Project Manager - Construction

(Site Based)

Job Description :

  • To manage civil (earthwork, insfrastructur facilities project) planning and engineering function in a project in order to ensure timely project completion.
  • To manage section works, project construction and civil workshop function in a project in order to ensure that project targets are met.
  • To manage health, safety and environment awareness in order to ensure a safe, healthy, and environment-friendly working condition.
  • To manage human resource in order to ensure optimum allocation, capability, and motivation of project team.
  • To manage contract in order to ensure successful delivery and adherence to regulations.
  • To manage client relationship and external community in order to ensure client satisfaction and community acceptance and support.
  • To manage/assist in managing subcontractors in order to ensure that subcontracted works are delivered as contract.
  • To manage/assist in managing periodical reporting in order to ensure that all required project information is complete and accurate for decision making purpose.
  • To assist in managing quality in order to ensure deliverables meet company quality standard.
  • To assist in managing equipment availability and maintenance in order to ensure the operation is being performed with minimum interruption or delay caused by unreliable equipment.
  • To manage financial performance in order to ensure project profitability.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Deep knowledge upon practical application of building and civil construction & safety legal requirements.
  • Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure works with a capability in managing civil, infrastructure planning (short or long term planning), civil engineering, project construction and quantity surveys.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing financial aspect of civil and construction industry.
  • Experience working at civil contractor is preferred.
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.

Site Manager - Pekerjaan Jalan (Construction - Project Base)

Job Description :

Project Construction Engineer (Site Based)

Job Description :

  • Provide a design that is fit for purpose in order to ensure safety and cost effectiveness and liaise with all external stakeholders in order to ensure design meets their requirements.
  • Ensure using all the design drawing is the latest version in order to ensure the construction works are carried out as per program and in timely manner.
  • Develop & communicate project designs, schedules, costs, results and recommended improvements effectively to end-users in order to allow them to be successfully implemented in the field with the support of project management.
  • Provide Schedulling and planning of works to be carried out to support a submission to a client on a tender in order to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and in line with client requirements.
  • To ensure quality of products/supplies/services by sub-contractors meet the specified requirement at source with regard to completed work quality in order to meet client’s requirement as per the contract.
  • To assist in coordinating the implementation of the project quality plan in order to meet the company’s internal policies and certification to international standards.
  • Provide KPI and tracking information required for periodic (weekly, biweekly and monthly) reports in order to monitor and report any variances from planned productivities and targets to ensure ongoing compliance with Project Programs.

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • At least 4-7 5 year(s) of working experience in civil / costruction.
  • Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills.
  • Analytical reasoning and problem solving skills.

Officer – OHSE Construction (Site Based)

Job Description :

  • To establish a high level of safety awareness through training, communication and weekly briefings in order to raise awareness.
  • To inspect crew safety conditions and monitor for unsafe behavior in order to ensure the number of incidents are continuingly reduced.
  • To provide feedback on new safety work methods and assist the site teams with risk assessments in order to maintain a safe working environment.
  • To maintain good relationships with local authorities in order to ensure successful passing of inspections by local authorities on project and safety standards, and to address any inspection concerns in a timely manner.
  • To manage safety standards and train subcontractors in order to ensure the number of incidents are continually reduced.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any OHSE or relevant field
  • At least 2 year(s) years experience in OHS implementation.
  • Knowledge of OHS Management System.
