Lowongan Kerja sebagai Warehouse Supervisor di PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) for the following positions:

Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, material handling, and logistics coordination to ensure accurate stock management and efficient workflow. This role plays a vital part in supporting supply chain performance and compliance with safety and operational standards in a high-demand industrial environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the chemical industry or a metal processing plant.
• Proficiency in report writing, Microsoft Excel, and presentations skills is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in using WMS, ERP systems, and other warehouse/logistics software.
• Expertise in developing and implementing robust inventory control procedures, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, FIFO/LIFO application, and root cause analysis for stock discrepancies.
• Ability to ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials in accordance with SOPs and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
• Possess a strong leadership, problem solving, and team management skills.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
