PT RUC Cementation Indonesia is operating at Underground Mine located in Tembagapura - Papua, currently seeking for qualified and experienced candidates tstrengthen the existing management team and tensure the achievement of the company objectives tfill in the following roles;
Training & Development Manager (Site Based)
(Site Based)
Function:
- Prepare and compile training modules for theory knowledge and practical training/examination/assessment
- Deliver practical training in classroom or workplace
- Conduct examination and practical assessment
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness tensure a high standard is maintained.
- Achieve training objectives within agreed timescales.
- Ensure training activities meet organizational requirements, and regulatory and legal compliance
- Ensure training development program is implemented as per company requirements.
- Keep abreast of training and development
- Keep detailed training record.
- Liaise development programs with 3rd parties.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly training reports.
Skills and Experience As a Training & Development Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a training & development position, minimum 2 years in senior role.
- Graduate or relevant professional qualifications
- Possess Cert IV TAA
- Track record of delivery on training and development objectives
- Full understanding of all functions in underground mine
- Team building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tinteract on all levels internally and externally
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working in Underground Mine is preferred
Human Resources & GA Manager
(Site Based)
Function
- Day tday management of HR department.
- The HR Manager provides generalist HR day-to-day business partnering role between RUC Management and Client
- The HR Manager reports directly tDeputy Project Manager / Project Manager. Ensure HR practices is aligned with industry best practice and local legislation.
- Works closely with team members tachieve business objectives, HR strategy and tensure effectiveness of the HR Team.
- Provides support tteam members.
- Generalist HR work includes but not limited to:
- Employee relations / labor relations
- Industrial relation
- Recruitment
- Government department
- Communications, planning and delivery of HR objectives
- Compensation / payroll and benefits
- Culture development and change.
- Time and attendance
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
- Sound understanding of local Employee Relations and Human Resources practices
- Minimum 5 -7 years experience in the Human Resources field, minimum 2 – 3 years in a senior role.
- Experience in a multi-national organization – mining company background is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

- Effective teambuilding and networking skills
- Effective Project Management skills
- Ability tsupport and implement programs, standards and measure performance.
- Thorough understanding of local and regional human resources legislation and practices
- Outstanding communication skills – interpersonal, presentation, written, spoken English
- Good knowledge of Indonesian labor legislation.
- Good knowledge of expatriate documentation requirement (RPTKA, KITAS, IMTA, etc)
- Ability tdevelop, communicate and implement company policies and procedures.
