PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.
One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
Organization Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and ensure effective execution of Organization Development programs, activities, initiatives, projects according to business requirements
- Set up Organization Development systems, procedures and processes
- Act as subject matter expert related with Organization Development for Business Units and Senior Management Team
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline, Master Degree from overseas would be an advantage
- 10 years experience at Organization Development, with last 3 years at Managerial level
- Experience in designing and developing Organization Development Programs or Initiatives
- Communication, facilitation and consultation skills
Compensation And Benefits Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop effective Compensation & Benefit system according to organization needs
- Conduct Compensation & Benefit benchmarking on regular bases
- Act as subject matter expert related with Compensation & Benefit for Business Units and Senior Management Team
- Review current Compensation & Benefit structure and provide recommendation for improvements
- Perform Cost to Company and Cost Impact Analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any discipline, Master Degree from overseas would be an advantage
- 9 years experience at Compensation and Benefit with last 3 years at Managerial level
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Detail oriented and well conversant with numbers
- Knowledge and Experience in Compensation and Benefit design.
- Advanced MS Office Excel
- Communication, facilitation and consultation skills
Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Identifying specification from position that is going to be recruited based on user’s expectation and organization needs
- Prepare and coordinate with related parties in publishing job advertisement, both internally and externally as one of source to get potential candidates
- Sorting and screening potential applicants to join selection process
- Conduct and coordinate selection process (psychological test and interview) according to procedure and requirement from organization
- Conduct negotiation process related with compensation package that would be received by potential candidate according to organization standard
- Conduct administrative process and prepare supporting documents related with recruitment processes and make sure all supporting documents of new employees are complete and valid
- Conduct early job orientation on the first day of new employee to provide a general description about organization
- Responsible for a complete, timely and valid report
- Supporting role for relevant assignments with recruiter’s job function
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Psychology or Social Science
- Minimum 1 year experience as Recruiter or Consultant in Head Hunter
- Understand the conduct of psychological test
- Familiar and comprehend Behavior Based Interview
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- English Fluency
