Chief Mining Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Male, maximum 48 years old
2. University graduate (S1) in mining engineer
3. Should have got trainings on Basic Operation Supervision (POP), Medium Operation Supervision (POM), and Advanced Operation Supervision (POU), and has a certificate as the chief of mining engineer.
4. Understangd mining procedure
5. Understand procedures of transporting and shipping of mining products
6. Able to design mining plans
7. Having two year experience as chief mining engineer in the same field.
8. Understand process of digging or mining operation
9. Understand process of mining reclamation and rehabilitation
10. Understand process of licensing and reporting with institutions concerned.
11. Understand mining procedure, K3L Amdal, Reclamation & CSR.
12. Having good capability in analyzing and solving problems
13. Able to work under pressures and high work load
14. Able to build a good relationship with all related government and private institutions
15. Mastering general and specific softwares in mining

 

Purchasing Officer

Qualifications:

1. Having experience of 2 years on purchasing in the coal mining sector
2. Mastering MS Office
3. Education minimal D3 / S1
4. Having a good communication capability
5. Having negotiation capability
6. Orderly, careful, and detailed

Responsibilities

1. Making PO, purchase, and seeking information about suppliers
2. Pursuing negotiations with suppliers
3. Coordinating with related divisions in implementing purchases for mining and others

 

Pit Service & Coal Getting

Qualifications:

1. S1 degree mining, geology
2. Having min 4 years experiences in mine pit service
3. Supervise Mine contractor activities, Ensure all mine activity run follow good mine practice accord with SOP
4. Well understanding about regulation / license for using explosive
5. Understanding of business processes Mine Operations Department
6. Willing to work in remote area

 

Senior Finance & Accounting Manager/GM Finance Accounting

Additional requirement:

1. Have experiences in coal industry, finance 60% and accounting 40% are preferred. Mastering Finance Modelling, cashflow and strong leadership.

 

Project Manager (PM)

Qualifications:

1. Male, max. 45 years old
2. Minimal S1 (mining or related subject)
3. Having more than 10 years experience working in coal mining projects, especially 6 year as project manager
4. Having high capability to lead, synergize, and supervise departments (production, plant, finance, purchasing, logistic, safety, HR-GA, Jetty, etc.).
5. Responsible and understand all aspects of mining operation, including external aspects.
6. Mastering Mine Design and strategy of mining operations
7. Having experience with production target of more than 150,000 tons per year, should be per month
8. Mastering project management, cost analysis, planning & scheduling, and project administration
9. Able to create a harmonious and productive cooperation, internally and externally
10. Able to operate functions of organization and create applicable methods of work.
11. Having good track record and able to develop, manage, lead, build and motivate team integratedly and guidedly
12. Having honesty, commitment, integrity, and ambition to progress
13. Active in working and trustworthy in implementing responsibility
14. Oriented to achievement of production target optimally

 

Secretary for Director

Qualifications:

1. Female, max 30 years old.
2. Attractive
3. Minimum Diploma in Secretary
4. Have 2 years of experience as Secretary
5. Dilligent
6. Mastering foreign language, at least active spoken and written English.
7. understand the job description as secretary (correspondency, business trip, travel documents, flight and accomodation)

 

Mine Surveyor

Qualifications:

1. Male, minimum age 22.
2. Minimum education High school, but preferable university diploma III/graduate (D3/S1) majoring in geodetic technique.
3. Minimum experience 2 years in the same position in coal mining.
4. Able to process survey data and to analyze it well.
5. Mastering survey tools and able to use them well.

 

Plant & Logistic Manager

Requirement:

1. Must have a degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management. Could have a trade background combined with heavy industry experience;
2. 15+ years of materials management and logistics experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role;
3. Experience in a similar industry is a mandatory;
4. Experience working with large contracts is considered an asset;
5. Arctic experience, familiarity with SAP software and experience with remote site logistics would be beneficial;
6. A background working with aboriginal people, working in remote mining camps and developing individuals whose initial knowledge/skills are low is beneficial.
7. Will place in Central Kalimantan, East Barito.

 

Mine Plan Section Head

Qualifications:

1. Education minimal S1 (mining/geology/geodesy)
2. Male maximum 28 years old
3. Having minimal work experience of five years in the same field.
4. Having certificate in basic operation supervision (POP). POM is preferable.
5. Able to design long term and short term plans, and the needs and costs of operations.
6. Able to manage and control mining activities in achieving targets and profits of projects safely, effectively, and efficiently.
7. Able to operate mining software (Minex/Minescape/Xpac)
8. Able to drive Light Vehicle and has driving license of SIM A.
9. Having managerial and leadership skill.
10. Mastering presentation technique and English language.

 

Production Section Head

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.
2. Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations.
3. Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the using guide from Mine Planning
4. Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift.
5. Co-ordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team meetings.
6. Assist Dept. Head Production in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization.
7. Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate report on project progress as required by the project.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor degree in mining
2. Min 3 years previous experiences in mining operation (production).
3. Good communication and leadership skill.
4. Willing to be placed in all company location
5. Good computer skill
6. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements.
