PT Cipta Kridatama was founded on April 8, 1997 as an expansion of PT Trakindo Utamas heavy equipment rental service and and transformed our business into an integrated mining service “from mine to port” in 2003.

In 2010, PT Cipta Kridatama was integrated under the umbrella of ABM Investama Group, a strategic investment company in energy sector, energy service and infrastructure. PT ABM Investama Tbk, listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (ABMM) is part of Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT), one of the countrys largest business groups with more than 40 years of experience in heavy equipment industry. The evolution has brought the Group in the synergy of a business network from coal mining, mining contractor service to power supply solution.

Such a significant contribution has placed PT Cipta Kridatama as one of the leading mining service companies. Now, we are supported by more than 3,000 highly competent employees, 60000 units of heavy and supporting equipment, as well as modern technology under the mining permit No. 904/30/DJB/2011 on July 4, 2011.

Since early 2013, PT Cipta Kridatama has expanded its business into construction services. This services exist to further expand our business horizons, and be a End to End solutions for all our existing as well as prospective clients within various industries, such as: mining, oil and gas, geothermal, industrial plant, and general infrastructures.

Logistic Supervisor

(Site Based)

Job Description :

  • To coordinate all the logistic operations (plant material/spare parts transport,loading and unloading) to which he has been assigned in order to ensure timeliness of all material and spare parts delivery.
  • Liaise with the procurement to optimize the cost and price of material purchase and land, air and marine transportation of plant and materials(road, air freight, shipping, etc).
  • Communicate effectively with all parties on matters in relation to receipt and deliveries of spare parts and/or operational materials on arrival.
  • To support lifting equipment, mobilization and demobilization.
  • To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.
  • To coordinate continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
  • To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
  • To review the availability and reliability of logistic documentation in order to ensure the accurate development and presentation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • At least 4 -7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Site Based (Kalimantan area)
  • Have extensive experience in inventory control, warehouse and logistics management with a capability in monitoring direct staff or subcontractors
  • Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge upon logistic operation & safety legal requirements
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

 

Legal Counsel - Legal Supervisor

   Job Description :

  • Review draft contacts from third party and align them with the company procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Confirm the terms and conditions of contract drafts with related internal party(ies)
  • Monitoring licenship needed by the company
  • Ensure the validity of all licenses, permits and approvals required by the company to conduct its business
  • Evaluate issues faced by the company
  • Provide legal opinions in accordance with legal aspect in a issue faced by the company
  • Provide alternative solution to company in accordance with legal requirements and the revailing laws and requlations in Indonesia
  • Provide solutions from issues faced by the company
  • Familiar with corporate & mining law

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's (S1) Degree, majoring in Law, from reputable university 
  • At least 5 years’ working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understandings of various legal aspects and legal matters relating to the business activities of the company
  • Excellent command in English
  • Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated, strong interpersonal and good communication skills
  • Excellent consulting, analytical, negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure
  • Extensive experiences in contract drafting in mining, oil and gas industries will be an advantage
  • Able to work individually and as a member of a team

 

Project Cost Control

(Site Based)

Purpose :

To provide project cost and production data with the prime objective of enabling accurate estimation and cost reporting and timely response to productivity issues.

Job Description :

  • To verify and validate cost coding in order to ensure accurate information is provided for cost reporting.
  • To produce the monthly report that reflects actual versus tendered cost; and production targets in order to provide feedback to the Estimating Department to ensure that future estimates are accurate.
  • To produce the monthly report that reflects actual versus budgeted costs; and production targets in order to enable the project team to address operational issues or make financial provisions.
  • To produce Subcontract cost report that reflects actual subcontract cost versus claimed to client in order to enable the Commercial Manager to readily identify and price variation claims to the client.
  • To maintain the cost data in a readily accessible format in order to enable the Commercial Manager to accurately calculate price variations.

Qualification :

  • Diploma in civil engineering, construction or related disciplines, undergraduate degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 – 7 years experience in civil/construction.
  • Have experience in commercial type role in construction or oil and gas industry.
  • Exposure to or understanding of the construction process.
  • Exposure to cost control is preferred.
  • Have working experience in civil contractor is preferred
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan area
