Mine Planning Head (Manager Level)

Location of work: Bontang, East Kalimantan

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/ Mining or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Technically Competent, Business Management, Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills.
• Have minimum Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) Certification
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position

 

Sales Compliance (Manager Level)

Location of work: Jakarta

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Able to Mmanageing Coal Flow & Blending, Sales Contract Management, Familiar with coal mining and export law & regulation, and government audit.
• Must be technically competent; analytical and management skills
• Strong network especially with Government and ESDM
• Good English Language, Indonesian Language, Good Communication & Presentation Skill
• Outgoing personality and able to interact with people
• At least 85 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position substantial experience in Coal Mining Company

 

Manager Sales & Logistic Services (Manager Level)

Location of work: Jakarta

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical or Economics from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Knowledge of Sales Contract Management and Familiar with L/C, Export/Import, Incoterm and Shipping terminology, good correspondence with local & non local Bank with Good knowledge of Oracle and Aramis (Mining Software)
• Must be technically competent; in invoicing & commercial of coal sales purchase agreement , account receivable, monitor logistic supply chain, analytical, management skills and strong network especially with Government and ESDM
• Good English Language, Indonesian Language, Good Communication & Presentation Skill
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position in Coal Mining Company

 

Sales Support (Department Head)

Location of work: Jakarta

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Coal Procurement, Coal Sourcing, and Coal Traffic Management, Sales Contract Management
• Have an excellence networking in Coal Sourcing and good negotiator
• Good English Language, Indonesian Language, Good Communication & Presentation Skill
• Willing to travel and relocated around Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position substantial experience in Coal Mining Company or Coal Mining Trading Company

 

Mine Planning Engineer

Location of work: Balikpapan

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral) or equivalent from reputable university
• Required skill(s): Mining software, Auto Cad, Microsoft Office
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

 

Project Engineer

Location of work: Balikpapan

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Industrial, or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Helix, primavera project management, Auto Cad, Good Observer, and Strong Analytical Skills.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/ Automotive or equivalent
• Contract 1 year basis

 

Senior Project Engineer

Location of work: Balikpapan

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 - 10 year(s) of working experience, with majority in road, canal and bridge construction, is required for this position.
• Expected Software skills – Auto cad, SAP, earthwork estimation, Primavera / MS Project
• Fundamental knowledge of project development and management process; ASCE / CAPM / PMP / IPMA certification is beneficial, Reporting Skills, Communication Skills, and Good Observer
• Ability to perform role of Project Coordinator, Construction Team Leader or Project Engineer
• Contract 1 year basis

 

Legal Counsel (Manager Level) (LCM)

Location of work : Jakarta

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a reputable university (State University will be preferable);
• At least 7 years working experiences as Legal counsel in Multinational Companies or reputable law firm;
• Has a good knowledge in corporate matters and litigation cases
• Lease with external lawyer in handling the companies’ litigation cases or directly involved in any litigation cases of the company;
• Experience as legal advisory which provide advice and input relating to the provisions of applicable law
• Experience in assist Land Acquisition committee in legal aspect.
• Advocate license will be preferable

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS :

• Good comment in English (verbal and written )
• Good interpersonal, communication, organizational and analytical skills
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Able to work in the pressure environment and tight deadline, having good interpersonal and communications skill
