Mine Plan Engineer

Job Description:

• Make mine planning and design as a reference in the field of mining activities
• Monitoring the implementation of applications including pit mine design limit, slope and bench, disposal
• Monitoring implementation of the plan scheduling progress toward getting ore and ore hauling in the field
• Inform the data and the target Ob and coal that must be achieved to the Production Department within the daily, weekly or monthly
• Monitoring the implementation of applications including pit mine design limit, slope and bench, disposal, drainage systems, sump conditions, settling pond etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Familiar with PC Microsoft Office
• Experience in related position
• Excellent in written and spoken English is must

HR & Admin Superintendent

Job Description:

• Familiar with Spectrum HR Function, Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Compensation Benefit, Training and Tax pph21
• Monitoring work General Affairs. and Coordinator Security
• Representing the Company in the Industrial Dispute Settlement with Employees
• Identify manpower requirements of each department / update manpower planning
• Familiar with Man Power Regulation UU No 13 Year 2013 and Payroll system.
• Experienced in managing human resources
• Monitor all developments of regulations related to the mining business.

Job Description:

• Calibration of equipment for, conduct of reporting on prescribed monitoring programs.

Job Description:

• Plan programmers for the exploration of potentially useful sites for obtaining coal
• Well understood the Indonesia coal bearing Formation, coal quality, coal expose and stockpile sample handling method comply with SNI,
• Survey and map geologically promising areas
• Calculate the size of reserves
• Familiar with geophysical logging work, drilling, detail mapping and generates the multi purpose maps
• Have knowledge of drilling operations

Job Description:

• To evaluate the production process and create production reports
• To coordinate inter-shift in order to remain sustainable employment

Shipping & Logistic Supervisor

Job Description:

• Supplier Reconciliation & Customer Reconciliation
• Daily Loading Report
• Planning and sending notices to chartering desk for lifting of COA vessels
• As per Sales & Purchase Contracts and Sourcing Plan, propose and finalize lay cans with shippers
• Create a work plan that comprehensively barging and transshipment
• Apply the coal loading plan

Job Description:

• Monitoring and bridging any issue on Outstanding Guarantee Letter and Travel Requisition to ensure all payment is made on time, other work relates to Travel & Accommodations.
• General Administration & secretarial
• Managing and routine office communication, letters, documents internally
• Preserving office records and gathering information’s
• Simple accounting and book keeping

Requirements:
