Organization and Development Manager

(HO- Jakarta)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimal experience of 10 years in Organization and Development, especially in mining.

Tasks and responsibility:

 

  1. Responsible in designing and implementing the Organization & Development programs as follow:
    • Training
    • Team management and leadership
    • Management performance
    • Talent management
    • Performance evaluation
  2. Management of System Study and Development which covers analysis of training programs, implementation and evaluation programs.
  3. Management of human resource and Performance Review for all employees in the group by pursuing development of workers in mining sector.
  4. Manage the team responsible to achieve results based on the strategic plan of human resource development, and achievement program set by the company. Pursuing a synergy with the management and inter departments.
  5. Contribute strategic ideas and make sure programs are executed effectively and the good corporate governance is implemented in line with the companys policy.

 

Legal Manager

(HO – Jakarta)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimal experience of 10 years, mainly as mining companys legal manager who deals with all new licenses, permit extension, and periodical reports
  • Implement tasks of Legal Affair (agreements, MOU, and additonal agreements).
  • Maintain completeness of documents, files and do updating in line with the development of company.
  • Monitor all developments of regulations related to the mining business.
  • Able to coordinate well with all departments and management of the company.

 

CSR Manager

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Having experience in coal and mineral mining company min 10 Years
  • Having plans and programs of CSR for mining area.
  • Having good track record and good leadership.
  • High Integrity and motivation.
  • Having experience to cooperate with the government

 

Maintenance Superintendant / Manager

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan, coordinate and direct general maintenance supervisors, maintenance planners, maintenance foremen, and hourly employees to safely and efficiently inspect, repair and troubleshoot problems with surface equipment/systems.
  • Develop a motivated team to ensure surface equipment/facilities are maintained in proper working order and permissible condition and maintained to high standards to achieve high availabilities and meet maintenance/production goals.
  • Ensure that work areas are inspected daily to monitor performance, unsafe conditions are identified and necessary corrections are implemented and safety meetings are conducted with crews.
  • Ensure personnel are trained in operation of equipment and maintenance tasks before performing work.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance, service and inspection programs for all equipment and facilities.
  • Coordinate component repairs, equipment modifications and fabrication of special materials or parts with outside repair/supply facilities.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and cooperate with operations, safety and engineering departments to ensure workable and cost effective mine plans are developed, followed and production, maintenance and safety goals are achieved.
  • Plan, schedule, budget and monitor overhauls of equipment.
  • Lead by example and promote safety as a value and ensure compliance with mine plans, company safety rules and state and federal regulations. Coordinate mandatory testing, inspections and record keeping.
  • Establish accountability and develop the skills of maintenance employees through a combination of goal setting, delegation, training, counseling and performance evaluations or reviews. Responsible for training both supervisory and hourly employees to meet operations, maintenance and regulatory standards and methods.

 

Senior Buyer

(HO – Jakarta)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Working Experience : Min 5….Years in Procurement/Purchasing
  • Skills : Computer Literacy, Familiar with Enterprise Planning (ERP),
  • Active English, keen communicator, good leadership
  • Education : S-1, various areas
  • Other Qualification : Physical and mental resilience, sensible safety
  • Sex: Male/Female , Range of age 25-35 years

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Dedicated buyer for reagents, drilling and mill plant equipments and import items
  • Sourcing, vendor, selection and prepare bidding evaluation, procedure PO
  • Working in efficient manner to pursue the KPI and comply guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing purchase requisition for completeness, accuracy and signing limit guidelines
  • Generating purchase orders from internal requests
  • Ensuring accurate coding at the time of purchase order input
  • Performing low value price and delivery quotations in support of Corporate Services spend
  • Expediting and tracking orders with suppliers to ensure that requested delivery dates are met
  • Interfacing with internal contacts and vendors to ensure the reconciliation of purchase orders, receiving and invoices
  • Creating, generating and managing key performance indicator reports for all categories
  • Working closely with Finance, Accounting and Logistics for International quotes to procure
  • Negotiating and attending supplier meetings, understanding deliverables and challenges
  • Leading or assisting the execution of standard form contracts in support of all categories

 

HR IS Supervisor

(HO – Jakarta)

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine the number of employees and type of skills required to meet the organisations objectives;
  • Analyse the requirements of jobs and develop job descriptions and duty statements;
  • Develop profiles of the skills required;
  • Advertise vacancies and assess/interview applicants;
  • Maintain personal records of all employees;
  • Arrange for staff training;
  • Maintain records for wages, superannuation, leave, training etc;
  • Provide advice to management on HR;
  • Assist in organisational changes in culture; and

Admin Assistant

(HO Jakarta)

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Working Experience : Min 3….Years in Area of Administration.
  • Skills: understand Duties as Secretary, Computer Literacy, Good Interpersonal, Energetic and Excellent Communication Skills,loyal, honest and well mannered
  • Education: At least diploma for secretary or hospitality education
  • Other Qualification: Good English written and spoken.
  • Sex: Male/Female

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist the Board of Director, Monitoring any HR&GA correspondence with internal & external, Monitoring Meeting Room Availability, Many other administration work relates to HR&GA.
  • Make Hotel Reservations and Travel Booking for all employee as requested, Monitoring Hotel/Service Apartment performance and make sure meet our requirement. Monitoring and bridging any issue on Outstanding Guarantee Letter and Travel Requisiiton to ensure all payment is made on time. Many other work relates to Travel & Accomodations.
