Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): has a good knowledge in corporate matters and litigation cases, experience as legal advisory, contract drafting, presentation skills.
• Responsible in contract drafting, giving legal opinion, & preparing regulation summary.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Corporate Finance Analyst

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): financial valuation, capital budget techniques, financial modelling, analytical, problem solving.
• Main reponsibilities : Support in developing and maintaining the company's financial model, industry analysis, and business case analysis, prepare all supporting information and conduct financial analysis on any ad-hoc project whenever necessary, support in preparing Company's Info Memo for project financing proposal, monitor closely the financial market conditions and capital market development (including debt and equity market)
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent, and gradueate from overseas university.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
