G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our first gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the ramp up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. Contract Administrator (SCM 0859)
Job Description:
Contract administrator is responsible prepare and administer the activities of the ptar martabe contracting in order to ensure commercial aspect of all contracting activities throughout all user departments in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures, indonesia law and martabe mine contract of work, whilst at the same time ensuring a high level of support service to user departments for contract bidding, negotiating, drafting, administration and arrangement of every process to run in accordance with ethics, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach
Requirements:
- Education minimum bachelor degree in business, law, engineering or equivalent
- Professional in contracts or procurement and supply chain functions
- Minimum 5 years experience in contract management including construction, mining and operations.
- Sound understanding of relevant indonesia business, legal system, company law, immigration, mine and energy regulations
- Contract drafting, including legal capabilities, technical capabilities, contract terminology, commercial terms and contract conditions
- Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures
- Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced english language documentation skills with high attention to details
- Good communication skill both indonesia and english - oral and written
- Good interpersonal skill
Staff Development Superintendent (TD 0857)
Job Description:
- Support management of the Training & Development Department the in the day-to-day.
- Establish on-going Training Needs site wide and develop quality training tools to ensure successful training and development outcomes are realized through a variety of training initiatives.
- Plan, design and deliver high quality training programmers to meet client needs
- Develop two inexperienced but enthusiastic local training supervisors into training and development professionals
Requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree in Education, HRD, Business Administration or Psychology.
- Certified trainer or facilitator.
- A sound awareness of competency based training systems.
- A thorough knowledge of adult education principles.
- Ten years’ experience working within Learning & Development environment, preferably within a large organization.
- Knowledge and experience in facilitating training & learning evaluation systems.
- Outstanding oral, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
- Rounded English ability to a minimum of C1 (CEF – Common European Framework) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) 7.5 with a minimum of 7 for each skill
Non-essential but desirable qualifications include:
- MA in HRD, Learning & Development or related field
- A working knowledge of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) theory
