Technician (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests & resolving problems.

Product Support Sales Representative

Timika Branch (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the parts and service sales aspect of our business to best generate profitable revenues.
  • Meet or exceed parts, service labor and accessories sales goals within the territory.
  • Establish credibility with Customers.
  • Shift Customer focus from price to value added.
  • Sell new service contracts, and push profitability on existing contracts to target levels as specified in KPI’s.
  • Sell hydraulic remanufacturing components and aid both for Atlas Copco Equipment as well as hydraulic components from all other makes of equipment.

Account Payable (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day processing of account payable transactions to ensure that financial process are maintained in an effective, up to day and accurate manners.
  • Ensure that all payments to supplier have been compliance with company policies and procedures and protect company from any fraught.
  • Monitor, manage the process, and execute all account payable transactions in accounting system in an effective manner in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage the process of outgoing payments in system and banking system on schedules to maximize company cash flow.
  • Maintain account payable records, reports, system and procedures which will adequately protect all interest related to the business.
  • Review coding account between Purchase Order and Invoices by using e-Purchase and e-Payable.
  • Ensure that all of payments has been compliance with tax regulations in term of withholding tax and Value Added Tax.
  • Coordinate with other section (Purchaser, Supply Chain Manager and treasury) to complete billing process.
  • Handling petty cash reimbursement and the record in systems. Reconciliation outstanding invoices from Suppliers Prepare and submit the payment process to Atlas Copco Business Services Finance Ensure that all of monthly accrual has been recorded correctly and on time
  • Provide trend cost analysis and Account Payable Aging. Provide good services to the stake holder and reduce or solve issue regarding the payments. Provide information to the internal and external auditor based on the guidance of Business control.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate from University majoring in Accounting Good understanding taxation and cost of accounting
  • A minimum of five years of industry related accounting experience required.

Purchasing Manager (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • With the support of the Regional Procurement Manager, implement end-to-end policies, procedures and tools to establish the Indirect Purchasing function in Indonesia.
  • Build business relationships and own the procurement relationship with the relevant stakeholders within the country and the related supplier base.
  • Lead and drive the creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Lead supplier selection processes in alignment with business partners and negotiate contracts up to final authorization including dispute resolution, approving and qualifying vendors as well as authorization of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Initiate, lead and participate in cross-functional teams in procurement and general projects as well as pro-actively managing and supporting other team members in their tasks and activities. Administer bidding process and contracts for vendor performance/compliance within established limits (e.g. prepare specifications, evaluate bids, recommend vendors, conduct bid meetings, etc.) for the purpose of securing items and/or services within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
