Tax and Treasury Manager (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide concise,accurate,comprehensive and timely direct and Indirect tax/customs advice to all business stakeholders and projects in Indonesia, with a focus on downstream tax/customs matters but also covering upstream activities.
  • Especially with evolving business dimensions, external changes, ambiguous local legislation implementation details;
  • To ensure monthly tax and annual tax, payment and reports, are maintained on accurately and timely manners;
  • Act as principal liaison to, and build and maintain excellent business relationships with, tax/customs authorities and other government bodies;
  • Represent company in tax/customs audits and appeals processes, proactively negotiating and agreeing tax disputes to an optimal solution for company;
  • Monitor developments in country tax/customs legislation and develop contacts with consultants and tax authorities in Indonesia in order to ensure all projects and processes are being properly advised; Review and propose setting up of tax/customs-efficient legal structures;
  • Develop tax/customs policies and provide tax/customs training;
  • Proactively participate on various projects and succeeding internal/external audit process within the Group;
  • Initiate and follow up corrective actions of tax/customs when necessary.
  • In accounting function, Tax Specialist may keep track of invoices and apply proper taxation.
  • Tax Specialist may also have to ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export/import industry;
  • In coordination with Business Controller, Tax Specialist will also be involved on Treasury functions; liaise with Group Treasury on managing loan/deposit, establish effective cash flow, etc.;

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in accounting or tax, Master degree is preferred; Strong understanding of Indonesian & regional tax regulations;
  • License in Brevet A, B, &C is preferred; Excellent knowledge in local Tax Law, Tax Regulations, tax audit, tax planning and tax reporting;
  • Experience as a tax manager or tax consultant from the Big Four of public accountant firm will be an advantage;
  • Broad experience in business taxation working for multinational, or a professional firm with both upstream and downstream experience.
  • At least 8 – 10 years experiences;
  • Recognized professional qualification and member of a recognized accounting or legal professional body. Solid knowledge of local tax legislation;
  • Having good knowledge and experience of Transfer price issues; Effective communicator of complex tax issues in Bahasa and English, both written and oral;
  • Effective ability to debate tax issues competently with fiscal authorities; Effective client/project management and task prioritization skills;
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective at influencing others;
  • Ability to adapt to new or changing circumstances and ambiguous or pressured situations;
  • Manage change in a fast growing business environments;
  • Demonstrates imagination and creativity in the evaluation of issues and development of possible solutions;
  • Ability to evaluate tax risks, balance risk with Business objectives, and make recommendations that are objective, practical, technically appropriate, and supportive of the Business;
  • Effective team player on Tax and cross-functional/cross-sector teams; Strong motivation and drive to deliver changes, to improve processes and results.

 

Branch Administration Supervisor (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • This position gives you valuable experience within accounting and controlling as well as knowledge of Atlas Copco and a good foundation for a future career within the Atlas Copco group.
  • The Branch Administration Supervisor is a member of the Business Control team within PT. Atlas Copco Nusantara and reports to the Business Controller.
  • Ensure that transactions are properly recorded in our accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, technician hours, etc.).
  • Ensure that appropriate internal controls are in place and are followed. Ensure that assets of the company are properly safeguarded (petty cash, bank accounts, inventories, vehicles, fixed assets, and so on). Leader in preparing and controlling annual plan for branches.
  • Continuous development of routines and processes. Raise “red flags” to management whenever compliance with sound business principles are at risk, and consequently propose/initiate and follow-up corrective actions.
  • Develop strong the branch administration team in Kalimantan area to deliver and maintain high standard quality of services as measured in the KPI. Ready and available visit all branches in Kalimantan area to train and supervise branch administrations.

Requirements:

  • We are looking for a person with a university degree in accounting, management, business administration or a similar, relevant field. An MBA would be a plus.
  • 5 years work experience as Finance Analyst in Multi National Company. You are used to taking initiatives, act proactively and work well under time pressure.
  • You will also value business analytical skills with solid experience in finance.
  • You are service minded and have the ability to work in teams.
  • Be able to “see the whole picture” of the company business operation.
  • You should also have an ambition to grow and develop within the Atlas Copco group.
  • Good knowledge about general accounting principles, IFRS, statutory accounting rules.
  • Practical, analytical and devoted to follow and develop processes within the financial and controlling area. Skill in performing complex numerical calculations.
  • Skill in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis. Have knowledge and skills in managing the operation and the whole business process.
  • Able to speak Indonesian and English Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Self motivated and willing to take initiatives.

HR Administration (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Personnel Administration / master data: Maintain and update personnel information in the Staff and Absence databases Prepare HR reporting (ie 1OR) Supervise the monthly holiday reports summarization Manage presence in the payroll process (Time keeping) through the Timesheet and Absence Support in the preparation of monthly payroll data; Closely cooperate with external payroll company also on monthly payroll data calculation Investigate and resolve day - to - day employee requests connected with payroll Prepare required communication as per the labour, social and health regulations as well as by internal procedures.
  • Ensure proper and timely submission and filing; Provide data for personnel insurance company Other tasks in accordance with local ACBS HR SLA

Service Planner (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • As the center of service information from inside and outside. Record and collect data on all the job requests to the service department.
  • Installation of the unit and update the data and create a report including unscheduled repair in workshop. Control and ensure the parts request or need support service departments. Preparing or making transactions undertaken by the service department.
  • Ensure all documents relating to the service department and properly stored neatly in place and entered into the data base service.
  • SO make parts and monitor its status needs to install and repair work. Report all problems to work there direct supervisor.
  • Creating demand for all goods to the purchasing department needs service department. Coordinate drill pm service schedule and drilling requirement schedule with client.
  • Manage part and stock to support 91009 pm service and unscheduled replacement. PCR as well.

Requirements:

  • priority for local applicant SMK in Electrical/Machine with relevant experiences for 3-5 years, or Has experiences technical on hand job Understand technical language Good communicator Good English Knowledge of basic mechanical PV235 RCS. Inventory Data Control Supervisor (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain PGC, GAC, PLC of Atlas Copco and Allied products Help forecast Atlas Copco and Allied product. Reconcile inventory balance. Manage standard cost.
  • Create new part number. Provide COGS, Inventory Balance, dead stock reports. Generate and provide Atlas Copco shipment report. Generate logistics reports.
  • Help manage and monitor inventory level.
  • Help maintain service level to the customer (availability and delivery time) while controlling company’s cost of inventory Help in inventory planning and advise bulk order to supplier.
  • Help dealing and maintain accuracy minimum inventory level in each branch.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (S1) in Accountancy; Management; Statistic with relevant experiences. 3 - 5 years working experience in the related fields Mastering excel and access (Microsoft office) Basic knowledge on inventory management is advantageous Analytical skills, Focus on detail, Results oriented Available travel to site when required
  • Fluent and confident in English is a must

 

Service Administration (Talent Pool)

Responsibilities:

  • As the company Service information center for both Internal & External To collect and record all data regarding work request to Service Dept.
  • Update Unit installation data and unscheduled and make its report, including repair record at workshop To control & ensure part request or any other supporting needs needed by service department To prepare and make the transaction that have been appointed to the service Department To make sure that all Service department document related are kept well and neat in its place, and its inputted in the service database Making Supply Order for part needs and monitor the status for install and repair works Input Daily Technician activity (Productive & Non Productive Hour) into the system Report every troubleshoot exist to the direct superior Make goods request for all service department needs to purchasing department

Requirements:

  • Having good Administration Skills Computer literate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Customer Service oriented, Initiative, Integrity, Cooperative, Can work under pressure Candidate must possess at least Diploma At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
