PT. Sriwijaya Bara Priharum (Coal Mining Company)

An Established General Trading Company (M'sia& SG) dealing in Steam Coal has expanded its business in to various business in Indonesia, i.e; Shipping Company who currently owned and operates sets of tug & barge, Coal Mining Company who owned and secured a coal concession licenses from the Local Authority, Property Project for the office building, residential and shop houses located in the heart of Palembang City. In Line with the business expansion, company is seeking for individualswith result-oriented,responsible, diligent, sincere and highly motivated candidates to be filled for the bellow position:

 

General Affairs Manager (Umum)

(Based In Palembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement corporate communication, public affairs and relations strategies to enhance organisation's image and position within the company environment and general public.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationship with relevant government authorities and legislative bodies.
  • Execute all mining activities including advertisement and promotions, marketing collaterals, newsletters etc.
  • Position, develop, coordinate and oversee all organization communication and public relations programs and functions.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication .
  • Minimum 5 year General Affairs working experience.
  • Demonstrates an exemplary work ethics.
  • Possesses excellent command of English and communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and inspire the team by effectively conduction meetings and trainings.
  • Self-Motivated and able to adapt & work Independent under pressure in the challenging Environment.
  • Willing to work overtime occasionally.
  •  Able work long hour and wiling to travel outstation / Overseas (Where Required)

 

Human Resources Manager (HRD)

(Based Palembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Human Resources Department of the Mining and Shipping companies.
  • Perform sourcing, recruitment and hiring activities. Ensure that the vacancies are timely filled by quality personnel.
  • Perform new employee orientation and plan training schedules with department heads.
  • Manage Staff personal files.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate SOP for employees cooperating with relevant department heads.
  •  Review, update and track individual employee KPI.
  •  Conduct quarterly performance appraisals and employee counselling to encourage constant learning, continuous improvement and creative team spirit.
  •  Encourage and organize various trainings and self-improvement talks.
  • Managing Professional Expatriate documentation (Contracts, Visa Applications Extension).
  • Prepare monthly payroll with necessary statutory deduction and employee annual returns.
  • Manage Leave and compensation of all the individual employees.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources/General Affairs/Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 year Human Resources working experience.

Legal Manager

(Based in Palembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, implement and audit the quality assurance system and activities of group companies.
  • Handling the internal control and ensuring that all reports are being submitted in accordance to the group companies' requirements.
  •  To review and propose the existing overall filling recordssystem according to the company's operations with the objectives of increasing productivity & enhancing administration control.
  • To assist bod in administering overall operational procedures also processes at part of internal control standards and requirement, locally and internationally.
  • Human resources functions i.e: to prepare questioners for the candidates, fit and proper test for the candidates and to prepare letter of appointment for selected candidates as well as the employment's agreement.
  • To assist the Board of Directors in leading & motivating the team. Planning, Strategizing & Implementation of the Group Companies's'plans.
  • Ensure accuracy &timeliness on allthe group companies' administration including the directors' personal matters: i.e: Documentations, Certificates, Permits, Licenses, Etc.

Requirements:

  • Psc holder/Diploma in Law.
  • Minimum 5 yearexperience in the position an or other related field.
  • Knowledge full about litigation service and non litigation service.
  • Good analyticalskill with excellent in communication and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant personality, fluent in English, good interpersonal skill and computer literature.
  • Managerial qualities, able to plan and organized with a business and entrepreneurs minded is an advantages.

  • Execution of secretarial duties, management and organization of Managing Director's office.
  • Provide full range of confidential personal assistance to the Managing Director.
  • Preparation and Compilation of confidential correspondence, scheduling and organizing appointment, minutes of meeting and business report.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
  • Maintain good filling system for smooth data retrieving.
  • Strong organization and planning Job Description.

  • Required skill(s): computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Microsoft Excel application, excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal). Good in Chinese and Indonesia will be an advantage.
  • Presentable, result-oriented, multitasking and able work independently, with minimum supervision.

  • At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Secretary to Director

(Based inPalembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial duties to the Director.
  • Manage the office administration function and supervise the Admin Assistant, Receptionist and Tea Lady.
  • Provide timely and effective management of meetings and appointments as well as compilation and filling of all management reports and documents.
  • Manage travel arrangements - booking of air tickets and accommodation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence for action and follow up. Compose correspondence where possible.
  • Assist in all Director personal finance and payment.
  • Maintain proper filling system for all documentation.
  • Liase with external parties such as answering and screening incoming phone calls for CEO, taking messages, and furnishing the required information as and where necessary.
  • Prepare and compile minutes of meeting.

Requirements:

Finance Manager

(Based in Palembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in strategic, budgeting and tax planning to enhance business performance and identifying and resolving potential financial, accounting and taxation problems across the different region in Indonesia.This entailed working hand in hand with the respective regional Head of Finance and Head of Operation.
  • Coordinate the submission of financial and management repots (which include cashflow reports) and ensure timeliness, completeness, accuracy and reliability.
  • Monitor financial and cash flow forecast/budget of the respective regional offices and attend to audit, taxation issues and business risk management arising thereof.
  • Regular detailed review and introduce effective controls on cash management in each of the companies in different regions, thus improving cashflow and tightening up on credit control.
  • Regular detailed review of the existing internal and accounting controls systems to ensure compliance with the group Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance of the financial management systems (procedures, policies and guidelines) by the regional offices in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures in order to obtain reliable and timely information.
  • Assist in the full SAP rollout programmer for Indonesia companies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance and Accountancy.
  • At least 5 years of working experiences in Accounting/Finance roles and preferably in similar capacity. Past working experiences with international accounting firm will be an added advantage. Knowledge in SAP either as a user or in the implementation team.
  • Candidates with Indonesian exposure and from the Steam Coal Mining and Shipping Industry will have an added advantage.
  • Be self-motivated, a strong team player and be to work under pressure and think ahead.
  • In depth analytical skills with an eye for details.
  • This is a senior expatriate position to Director.
  • Willing to work overtime occasionally.

General Manager

(Based in Palembang, Muara Enim)

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of Shipping & Mining Operation.
  • To manage the full cycle of the Operation entrusted to the team.
  • Oversee all operations and providing training to the team member.
  • Planning and management of the Shipping and Mining Operation.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance of the all management systems (procedures, policies and guidelines) by the regional offices in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures in order to obtain reliable and timely information.
  •  Involve in annual budgeting planning, expenditure control and administration.
  •  Monitor financial and cash flow forecast/budget and attend to audit, taxation issues and business risk management arising thereof.
  • Regular detailed review and introduce effective controls on cash management in each of the companies in different regions, thus improving cashflow and tightening up on credit control.
  • Oversee the matters pertaining to labour, security, training and related HR matters.
  •  Working with the relevant authorities where it pertains to business operations.
  • Leading a team of personnel for all related matters for the Operation.
  • Working closely with the seniors management on the strategies and ensure objectives are met.
  • Any other matters that may be delegated by the MD from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Management/business studies.
  • At least 10 years of working experiences in Accounting/Finance roles and preferably in similar capacity. Past working experiences with Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with Indonesian exposure and from the Steam Coal Mining and Shipping Industry will have an added advantage.
  •  Be self-motivated, a strong team player and be to work under pressure and think ahead.
  • In depth analytical skills with an eye for details.
  • This is a senior expatriate position to Director.
  • Willing to work overtime occasionally.
  • Must be willing to be based in Palembang and Muara Enim.
