Site HR Officer

Job Description:

  • Execute operational HR activities including Employee personal file, Payroll details, Recruitmen, Employee relation and communication.
  • Execute all HR Processes comply with safety, environmnet, quality management system, local & goverment regulation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll data administration

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human resources, Psychology, law or Management from a reputable University
  • At least 3- 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Computer literate, good in microsoft office, self - motivated, work indeoendently, strong team spirit.
  • Familiar with safety, environment and quality management system.
  • Experience working at mining/civil contractor/owner is preferred
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Kalimantan - Timur
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Plant Foreman (Site Based)

Job Description :

  • To coordinate the maintenance works (mobile and stationary equipment) for the successful completion of planned repairs and to provide effective responses to unscheduled repairs or breakdowns.
  • To coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in repairing/overhauling for maintenance on equipment and in order to optimize workable time and to minimize turn-around time of each maintenance event.
  • To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.

Requirements :

  • At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Minimum of senior/technical high school or trade qualification ; Preferably any level of education who graduates from plant apprentice program.
  • Have extensive experience in plant operational works with a capability in monitoring direct staff or subcontractors
  • Deep knowledge upon practical application of mechanical/electrical/heavy mobile equipments & safety legal requirements
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • POP holder is preferred  (if work in a mine site)
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Sumatra or Kalimantan area.

Project Manager - Construction (Site Based)

Job Description :

  • To manage civil planning and engineering function in a project in order to ensure timely project completion.
  • To manage section works, project construction and civil workshop function in a project in order to ensure that project targets are met.
  • To manage health, safety and environment awareness in order to ensure a safe, healthy, and environment-friendly working condition.
  • To manage human resource in order to ensure optimum allocation, capability, and motivation of project team.
  • To manage contract in order to ensure successful delivery and adherence to regulations.
  • To manage client relationship and external community in order to ensure client satisfaction and community acceptance and support.
  • To manage/assist in managing subcontractors in order to ensure that subcontracted works are delivered as contract.
  • To manage/assist in managing periodical reporting in order to ensure that all required project information is complete and accurate for decision making purpose.
  • To assist in managing quality in order to ensure deliverables meet company quality standard.

  • Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure works with a capability in managing civil, infrastructure planning (short or long term planning), civil engineering, project construction and quantity surveys.
  • In-depth knowledge of managing financial aspect of civil and construction industry.

Job Description :

  • To manage the construction works of the project to which he has been assigned in order to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • To manage and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction.
  • To review and control continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
  • To review and control sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform construction activities.
  • To maintain inter and intra-functional coordination to ensure that construction plans and schedules are integrated.
  • To monitor and provide recommendation towards safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
  • To consolidate and review reports from subordinates/team members in order to ensure the accurate presentation of monthly and annual reports for decision making purposes.
  • To perform knowledge sharing and update construction technical expertise in order to enhance the professional development within the organization.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Construction Superintendent (Site Based)

Job Description :

  • Responsible to organize the section(s) of construction works to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Coordinates compliance with the schedule, safety, cost and quality decisions in conjuction with the Construction Manager.
  • To organize and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time in construction.
  • To develop continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
  • To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform construction activities.
  • To interact with design team to ensure timely delivery of design details in order to ensure that provision of design information does not delay construction.
  • To interact with project engineer on project progress and to provide development support in order to ensure the project and company objectives are being achieved.
  • To liaise with third party (including local authorities) or client in order to manage relationships, concerns and issues.
  • To interact with survey department  to carry out survey ahead of construction in order to allow construction to proceed as scheduled.

Job Description :

  • To manage and review all inspection and testing requirements to be fulfilled and work quality is achieved in order to meet client's requirement as per the contract.
  • To monitor that all records are completed and compiled for submission to client with regards to completed work quality in order to meet client's requirement as per the contract.
  • To review quality of products/supplies/services by sub-contractors meet the specified requirement at source with regard to completed work quality in order to meet client's requirement as per the contract.

Project Secretary

Job Description :

  • To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the project manager & Department Head (including personal schedule, travel arrangements etc.) in order to effectively manage the department head's time.
  • To manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and administrative data, including file indices and document control systems in order to ensure accessibility and accuracy of all information.
  • To manage all phone calls and visitors are attended to promptly and politely in order to provide a positive and courteous interface with internal and external clients.
  • To maintain Department contact database in order to provide Department Head and other members with accurate contact information.
  • To provide liaison support with external parties and inter-functional unit in order to  facilitate the smooth effectiveness and efficiency in coordination.
