The total concession area is 4,629 hectares with the total coal resources estimated to be 455 million tons.

Project Scheduler Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and develop Work Breakdown Structure and main task scheduling for every assignment in Project Development.
• Monitor and evaluate project implementation and conduct project's physical achievement analysis.
• Provide milestones and information regarding critical and potentially critical work item to be follow upped and anticipated accordingly.
• Provide recommendation to all related teams in project of the best action that needs to be taken based on best case scenario to achieve the project implementation schedule.
• Conduct work schedule update periodically and project finishing simulation based on actual progress and potential factors in the future.
• Coordinate with team on site and related contractors to ensure synchronization of work schedule.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Male
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience as a Project Control in construction company.
• Able to operate Microsoft Project on expert level.
• Understand project management process and work schedule control.
• Able to operate related supporting systems/applications.
• Understand related rules and regulations

 

Port & OLC-BLC Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate work plan on port operation unit for ensure the work plan accordance with company work plan.
• Monitor hauling activities in mines until barge in order to achievement targets of quality, quantity and delivery process running well and safety.
• Implement and supervise coal stockpiling and coal feeding process for ensure that are accordance with standard regulation.
• Coordinate with all parties about stock piling, moving crushed, re-handling and loading coal until barging process to minimize damage and ensure that mixing instruction from QC section is understood and carried out with all subordinate to reach target production
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.

Requirements:

• Degree from Shipping/Mining/Industrial Engineering with experience in port or OLC/BLC operation is a MUST
• Able operate Barge Loading Conveyor (BLC) and willing to work in shift
• Knowledge in stockpile management

 

Infrastructure Facilities Services Supervisor

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities

• Provide design and cost estimation
• Supervise all of work completed on site to ensure the fulfillment of required quality and productivity
• Assist and direct mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up activities of the work plan with all parties to facilitate these activities
• Operate & Maintenance Water Plant Treatment (WTP) & Water Intake
• Maintenance Building Facilities (Mess / Office)

Requirement

• Male
• Maximum 35 years old
• Familiar with MS.Office & Autocad
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience on civil construction & Maintenance (WTP & Water Intake)
• Knowledge on national & international standards and the material testing methods
• Experience Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Experience in design & cost estimation
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Infrastructure Facilities Services Foreman

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities

• Provide design and cost estimation
• Assist and direct mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up activities of the work plan with all parties to facilitate these activities
• Operate & Maintenance Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Maintenance Facilities (Mess / Office)

Requirement

• Male
• Maximum 30 years old
• Familiar with MS.Office & Autocad
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience on civil construction & Maintenance (WTP & Water Intake)
• Knowledge on national & international standards and the material testing methods
• Experience Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Experience in design & cost estimation
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local Hiring)

 

Infrastructure Facilities Services Officer

(Meulaboh)

Responsibilities

• Operate & Maintenance Water Plant Treatment & Water Intake
• Maintenance Facilities (Mess / Office)
• Create report activity of maintenance and repair in the workshop and field accordance work order.
• Implement quality improvement activities in the work area.

Requirement

• Male
• Maximum 30 years old
• Familiar with MS.Office & Autocad
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 years of experience on civil construction & Maintenance (WTP & Water Intake)
• Placement on site in Meulaboh

 

Coal Processing Plant (CPP) Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Create, propose, direct and evaluate a monthly work plan and budget of coal chain process (CCP) operation units
• Create, manage and evaluate operational plan of CCP (Crushing Plant) and supporting tools for optimal useable
• Direct and ensure quality of coal process at CCP and manage stock pile
• Create a report that related with monitoring of implementation and compliance to achieve targets and quality

Requirement

• Male
• Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma degree in industrial engineer / management with a minimum 3-5 years of experience include 2-3 year in the same field and the same industry and 2 years in supervisor/managerial/senior technical position.
• Experience manage CPP (Crushing Plant) and stock pile
• Have a POP Active in English
• Able to operate supporting system
• Placement on site in Meulaboh with roster system (6 weeks work, 2 weeks field break for Non Local)
