HAULING ROAD MAINTENANCE
Responsibilities :
- Monitor road maintenance and improvements work according to specifications requires, evaluate road cost estimation
Requirement:
- Male, Min D3 or S1 civil engineer or relevant disciplines
- Have 3 year experiences in the hauling road construction and maintenance
- Good knowledge in heavy equipment operational and road maintenance
- Proactive and able to work in dynamic workplace and team player
- Assigned in remote area
SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements :
- Minimally S1 Degree in HSE /Public Health/Environmental Engineering
- Male, maximally 40 years
- Experience, minimally 5 years in the same position in mining company
- Having knowledge of HSE regulation, identification of danger, formulation of JSA, formulation of SOP, incident investigation, POP, environmental issue.
- Rather preferred to candidate having POP certification, General AK3
- Having leadership, negotiation, analysis, decision-making, dispute settlement and discipline capability
- Capable of operating computer and undestanding English
- Innovative, responsible and good team work
- Assigned in remote area
SAFETY SECTION HEAD
Requirements :
- Male, 30 - 35 years
- Education, minimally S1-Degree in Health
- Experience, minimally working three years in mining company with the same position
- Preferred to holder of HSE Certificate
- Preferred to candidate understanding ISO 9001:2008, GMP, SMK3 and OHSAS
- Mastering waste treatment and SMK3
- Preparing work plan as well as promoting and socializing K3LH program
- Campaigning and promoting K3LH to generate awareness of occupational safety
- Facilitating & analyzing the implementation and preservation of emergency-response plan
- Assigned in remote area
PRODUCTION GROUP LEADER
Jobs and Responsibilities:
- Ensure mining safety and conducting P5M
- Control per pit per hour production according to capacity setting
- Ensure all operation activities (front loading, hauling, disposal) meet parameter standard and traffic regulations
Requirements:
- Male, no older than 30 years old
- Minimum High School diploma
- Three years experience in the same position and preferably have experience in mining company
- Have basic knowledge on mining, good mining practice method, media communication is preferred
- Have been joining POP is preferred
- Assigned in remote area
FOREMAN GENERAL AFFAIRS SUPPORT
Requirements :
- Male, no older than 32 years old
- Two years experience in the same position in mining sector
- Mastering Safety Management
- Mastering MS Office and Internet
- Mastering ticketing and asset management
- Able to do multitasking, hard worker and work as a team
- Own driving license A
- Assigned in remote area
PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all aspects of Site Operation, including mine planning, production, budgeting, and cost control to achieve project target
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer
- Male max. 45 years old
- Having experienced as Project Manager in coal & mining exploration at least 7 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practice
- Strong leadership and team building skills.
- Flexible and able to multi-task, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
- Preferable held POM/POU Certification
- Strong commitment to safety
- Assigned in remote area
MECHANIC COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Requirements :
- Male, no older than 40 years old
- Have minimum D3/S1 degree and three years experience as a mechanic trainer and five years experience as heavy equipment mechanic
- Have experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Understand process business of Technical Mechanical Development and its application
- Able to provide training, motivating and skill mentoring
- Have joined Training for Trainer and Basic Mechanic Course
- Mastering MS Office
- Assigned in remote area
