Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions:
SAFETY COORDINATOR/SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and system support to safety management team.
- Implement Britmindo Systems, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, envi-ronment and profits.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment, and communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School.
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- Familiar to conduct Internal Audit and Auditor Certificated is preferred.
- Familiar to prepare safety training material to conduct training for employees in small group.
- Previous experience in Management or Supervisory role.
- Good communication, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all environmental monitoring activities are completed in accordance with the schedule, within the allocated timeframe and to an acceptable standard. To collect and record environmental data for the maintenance of an up to date environmental management system integrated and supporting the site/production activities of the Project. To ensure a safe working environment where project related impacts to the environment and personnel are eliminated and risks are managed. Develop technical capabilities in environmental monitoring methodologies. To understand and implement environmental monitoring procedures to achieve performance targets safely.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering
- Min. 2 years experience in the Environmental of Mining Company/Relevant
- Having knowledge of AMDAL and all post mining regulations (UKL / UPL)
- Having Experience to conduct and control water management, waste management
- Honest and having integrity, able to work in a team
- Willing to stay at remote area with fix schedule
QUALITY CONTROL GEOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
- To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or Geology
- Minimum 2‐3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects
- Appropriate industry experience
- Ready worked in remote area
- Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
- Good communication skills, written‐verbal, both English and Bahasa
- Computer literacy
- Ready worked in remote area
PIT GEOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
- Check fault, drill hole and cropping
- To evaluate of coal mining
- Getting and measuring new data drill hole mine out, expose, coal thickness, sampling, strike and DIP, fault etc
- Supervising coal quality control of mining
Requirements:
- Graduate Geological Engineer
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Mining/PIT Geologist
- Capability to operating and familiar with Minescape (Start Models)
- Good knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations
- Strong commitment to safety and high professional standards of performance
- Good communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Ready worked in remote area
HRGA Foreman
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Human Resource Manager to manage HRD function at Britmindo.
- Actively contribute to a positive teamwork all times
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times
- Implement corporate human resources policies and procedures from corporate HR Department
- Review and develop specific human resources policies and procedures for site.
- Providing corporate HR Department with appropriate human resources report
- Assisting Human resource Manager in recruiting and maintaining high qualified people
- Controlling employee accommodation (mess, catering, transportation)
- Handle Ticketing for Employee travel to site or leave
Requirements:
- S1 Psychology/Law or any field
- Tertiary qualification in appropriate field
- Previous experience in a similar role minimum 3 years in HRGA
- Preferred experience in Mining HRGA
- Good knowledge of Indonesian HR laws
- Open and honest communication
- Energic and able to work underpressure
- Good communication, written-verbal, both in English and Bahasa
- Familiar with MS Office, Able speak In English both oral & Written
MECHANIC FOREMAN / TRAINER
Responsibilities:
- This position is a frontline role and is responsible for day to day maintenance activities, HE equipment training delivery, establish high performance for Health, Safety and Environmental, coordinating and implemented pre-ventative maintenance initiatives and activities so that production targets can be achieved.
Requirements:
- Senior High School or Senior Technical School, Diploma (3) would be preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Foreman /Leading Hand.
- Familiar with training delivery equipment (all around HE equipment)
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Computer literacy is preferred.
MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Responsibilities:
- To implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
- Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.
- Ensure availability target are achieved.
- Manage plant on site in accordance with procedures and manufacturers recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with site staff to ensure plant on is maintained accordance with procedures and manufactures recommendations and to advise optimum levels of utilization, availability and cost effectiveness.
- Developing mechanic skill and knowledge about heavy equipment (instructor)
Requirements:
- Graduate Technical high School -Mechanical engineer
- Recognized Trade and/or mechanical engineering qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years industrial experience in a combination of mining and construction industries, with at least 2 years in mining.
- Excellent communication skills, written - verbal, both in English and Bahasa. Presents arguments, facts and instruction in a clear, fluent and convincing manner.
- Computer literacy.
