Senior Electrical Enginer

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Manager
  • Responsible for taking design projects from start to finish
  • Applying a high level of technical and professional electrical engineering and consulting expertise while offering leadership to members of the design team
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring the output of the design meets the established project criteria and all applicable standards
  • Responsible for researching and implementing new technology designs as mandated by clients and the Electrical Engineering Manager.  The work environment is of high volume, offering a range of project complexities and requires a high level of responsibility
  • Coordinates the preparation of engineering specifications and drawings, quantity and cost estimates
  • Responsible for ensuring that the drawings and specifications meet established project criteria and applicable standards

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor/master degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 8-10 years in electrical engineering from mining company or project company
  • Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in presentation and people skills

 

Senior Civil - Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Inspect construction of various projects to ensure compliance with contract documents
  • Interpret requirements and details of contract drawings and specifications
  • Verify quantities, prepare progress reports and maintain documentation
  • Identify and act on contractual and regulatory infractions

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor degree from faculty of Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8-10 years Experience from smelter project , construction or mining industry
  • Able to use construction software AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe Photoshop
  • Capable in budgeting, cost material, manpower and other supporting stuffs in order to build houses, roads, bridges, port, waste treatment, and land clearing
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in presentation and people skills

 

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates the desired goal of the system and develops, designs, or selects the required equipment
  • Performs calculations and evaluations in the design of equipment and systems for industrial and commercial applications
  • Participates in planning, cost development and management, and scheduling for assigned projects
  • Directs activities to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements
  • May direct and coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations
  • May use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor degree from faculty of Mechanical Engineering
  • Min. 8-10 years Experience from smelter project , construction or mining industry
  • Able to use relevant engineering design software (Autodesk suite, etc.)
  • Ability to create cost estimates, scope of work, equipment lists, material requirements, etc.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, review and manage all project documentation
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in presentation and people skills

 

Logistic Manager

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound/ outbound logistics, inventory management
  • controlling warehouse and delivery to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
  • Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor degree from related field, preferably form faculty of management, engineering or transportation
  • Min. 6-8 years Experience from smelter project , construction or mining industry
  • Posses good knowledge about supply chain management
  • Experience in dealing, negotiating and managing third party logistic and distribution providers
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in presentation and people skills

 

 Data Center - System Specialist (SENIOR STAFF)

Responsibilities

  • Support of NHS internal servers and applications including internal tool sets and Linux systems required for supporting our customers
  • Support customer environments including operating system management, application management, patch management, and documentation of deployments
  • Document network support activities and systems

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree from related field, preferably from faculty of in Computer Science or Information Technology (Min GPA 3.2)
  • Minimum 3-5 years Experience in IT or related fields
  • Strong knowledge and experience in design, configuration and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Linux server enterprise systems in both physical and virtual server environment, and also experience in design, configuration and supporting storage, SAN/NAS solutions, and backup solutions
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP network
  • Strong logic, analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills which measureable to meet SLA requirement and also familiarity with fundamental security concepts and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally and writing basic documentation
  • Being able to work independently, within a team and work under pressure
  • Client oriented mindset, honest and strong commitment
  • Good written and verbal language skills (Indonesia and English)

 

Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (CSR MGR)

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all HARITA GROUP Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements as well as those required under the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 555.K/26/M.PE and the Decree of the Ministry of Mines and Energy Number 1211.K/008/M.PE/1995
  • Comply with all Social Responsibility requirements under HARITA GROUP Integrated Management System, vision, and values
  • Conduct and update stakeholder mapping for each project site
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plan
  • Develop commitment and issue register
  • Develop and maintain grievance mechanism
  • Develop annual community relation and development plan together with key stakeholders
  •  Manage resources required to meet the goals and objectives of the community relation and development divisions
  • Report the performance of Community Relations

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 45 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline relevant to social, economic and humanities studies or equivalent
  • Min. 8 years experience at a managerial level in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/ or Community Development Program
  • Experience in conflict management and handling community actions
  • Experience in community Project Cycle Management (program design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and reporting process)
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian language
  • Proficiency in presentation and people skills
  • Knowledge of ISO26000 and CSR best practices
  • Experience in mining industries is advantages
  • Experience at working with senior government officials

 

Corporate Social Responsibility Superintendent (CSR SPT)

Responsibilities

  • Have a good relations with community, government institution and non government institution
  • Have a good concepts on community development,  empowerment and local business development program
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skillgps
