Procurement Supervisor

​

Job Summary:

To supervise and coordinate procurement activities for the container terminal, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services required to support safe, reliable, and continuous terminal operations.

​

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/ Purchasing/Supply Chain.
• Experience in port, container terminal, shipping, logistics, heavy equipment, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, or other asset-intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in sourcing spare parts, materials, equipment, contractors, and technical services is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Good knowledge of supplier sourcing and vendor management.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and international logistics is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and commercial analysis skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
