Legal Staff

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Having minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferably within the plantation industry).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian (speaking, writing and listening) is a must.

Job Description:

• Draft commerial contract
• Commercial contract legal review
• Upload contract on company legal system
• Make / Submit annual report
• LKPM & Deed update on OSS
• Legal license management
• Sustainalbility document handling
