PT Bahtera Bumi Raya Tbk. is looking for a Corporate Secretary Analyst to join our team in Jakarta.

This role will support our Corporate Secretary function across regulatory reporting and disclosures, investor relations, market monitoring, investor communications, and corporate governance in a listed-company environment.

CORPORATE SECRETARY ANALYST

Placement: Jakarta

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Secretary, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary, Finance, or related functions
• Familiarity with Indonesian capital market regulations and OJK/IDX disclosure requirements is preferred
• Strong analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced listed-company environment
