System Development Officer

Location: Head Office, South Jakarta

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system development
• Having knowledge of Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen, Product Digitalization, Organization Development, and Operational Excellence
• Able to assist in the preparation and control of policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Good communication, coordination, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
